well it depends, if someone comes on your property and rips your shit than they get what they deserve. but if your growing on state land than thats just the spoils of war. I have been ripped and have prolly ripped as much as I have been. I mean really your out dicken around and you come acrossed a field of nice ripe buds and your not gonna take some? I will admit though that I do not rip anything that is not ready unless it is very close to being so. I do have experience with a confrontation I would like to share. me and a buddy like to hunt with his dogs for rabbits, birds whatever. one fall about three yrs ago we were out running his dogs one of which has had a fondness for herbs since she was a pup for some reason one time she even destroyed his dresser and ate a whole QP of skywalker ( she did nothing but eat and sleep for three days ). I knew the area very well as me and my family has hunted there for over 40yrs I have even been told by the DNR (my cousin)that its state land and there has never been any postings. so we were pretty much just out of the truck and started down the trail when a guy came blazing up and hopped out with an attitude and a rifle. he proceeded to threaten to shoot me my friend and his dogs if we did not get off his property. I replied with your full of BS this is state land and I can prove if you would like me to call my cousin a DNR officer. we argued back and forth for a minute then I basically told him to go and F*** himslef and if he thought he had a valid complaint to return with the authorities. he left angrily and we continued on. we didnt get another city block when she picked up the scent within a quarter mile we found a nice site about 100 plants or so. we ripped what we could carry and smiled the whole time. I have no remorse for someone that grows on public land and then threatens me with a gun to save his stuff. he has since contributed to my X-mas stash for three yrs now. youd think hed move his stuff, never the less we dont rip all of it just enough for the two of us to last a while. I guess my view is dont put it public if you dont want the public to find it no matter how they find it they will if they want. private property is a whole nother game, they get what they deserve.
