Nice! The one we used was def a indica dominant one. The shatter tastes amazing but its no fun to smoke during the day. Puts me straight to sleep or makes me real lazy. Probably some grape ape or some shit that was called GDP. Cause the GDP i know wakes you up and gets you motivated to do things.

mine is kens gdp, and it is more og dom. taste like white grapes.

So the harvest is complete! Just threw them in jars a few days ago so sometime this weekend ill have a final weight for my first LED grow.

I dont expect it to be earth shattering because my pheno hunts always seem to yield lower due to the, well different phenos in the pheno hunt haha

But i got a solid 8oz possibly more.

left side had to be tied up before flowering was even over. Very top heavy. Gonna need some tomato cages if i grow em this big again.

The very top rack and bottom rack are the 2 fighting for keeper status. Theyre the frostiest and best yielding. All the plants smell amazing too so there probably wont be much to compare/deliberate flavor/smelll wise. Cant wait to try the finished product!

thanks man! this shit is poppin off. Should be runnin the trim tonight or tomorrow. Just ordered some slick sheets to line my pan. Supposedly theyre solvent resistant. Im gonna give em a shot and see whats up. a couple people i hold in high regards are using them so i figured why not.

Final video before the weigh in. Really like these LEDs. Cant wait to optimize them and really see what they can do. Maybe grab a few more for side lighting Get closer to 1000 watts.

Hell yeah! Not sure if its the strain or the LEDs or both but these nugs are SOLID as can be. pretty far down the branch too. Even the popcorn is a lot less popcorny than the usual lower nugs.

We'll is this the first time you've ran 2 lights in flower? Cuz the cross lighting will definitely give you better nugs lower down the plant.

my mover will do this to. less time in the shade. was gifted a cut of the dog bx1 and the 2010 dog yesterday. got some seed and a cut of exstrema also

Very nice guys. Yeah i usually run HPS this is my first LED grow. I think these DOGs are from a year agos stock give or take.

The 2 lights helped a lot since the 2 different phenos i had would have made me lift my HPS really high compared to how i was able to keep both the lights within a few inches of each of them.

Some extra side lighting would help since these LEDs dont have lenses. Which is nice it makes em almost like an induction light where you can get really close to the tops with them so it shortens the light loss from LED to bottom branch. And not having a lens saves 5-10% of light loss too.

Once i get the SOG goin though i expect to pull a solid LB off the SOG of about 9-12 plants. If i upgrade to ~1000w worth of panels in there ill be pullin a bit more than that. Hoping to move into the basement again by late summer/early fall. Have enough money to make and light a 4x8 room. probably be a 6x12 room but with the growing areas and pathways to get to everything. And use the 2 tents as veg/mother tents.

Cant wait to see what more these lights have to offer. Still havent tried the smoke yet but it looks frosty and smells amazing.

Oh yeah the white LED flashlight we have doesnt do shit compared to the sun. Shit feels like it was dipped in honey and looks likee it was rolled in sugar after that hahaha.


my friend already weighed it and we got 8.3 oz total or ~230gs after testers were accounted for haha. i wasnt there so i dont know the exact numbers on each one but im guessin the top and bottom shelf (keepers) got ~2.5 each and the middle got roughly 1.5 each. give or take

And yeah don that was basically what i assumed the harvest was gonna be after about half way through flower. For pheno hunts i never get a very large yield but it was significantly better due to having 2 panels i could independently adjust instead of 1 light that has to be raised to keep the tallest plant from burning. Those short ones wouldnt have yielded shit if that was the case.

Also this next round im going to keep them a little shorter since i know the stretch on them. Might even let the short ones get taller and chop back the tall ones. See if i can get a more even canopy.

Also gonna mainline/lollipop to some degree. These guys grew SOOOOO much popcorn down below. Which is awesome for hash but id rather yield better and just throw straight nugs to make hash.
