Does your 600W GroLux bulb have a 14 instead of 40 stamped near the base of the bulb?

So I ordered a 600W Sylvania GroLux bulb off Ebay and this one has a '14' stamped near the base of the bulb instead of a '40' like all of my other 600W GroLux bulbs, not to mention the bulb itself looks different. I'm assuming this is the lamp type (E40 vs E14).

BUT the box it came in is stamped with an E40.

What is the difference?...Is this a knock-off bulb that I received? Can anyone check their bulbs and see what you have.

Thanks!

I don't think it is e14, unless the screw cap is really small, e14 is a european fitting for small bulbs into bedside lamps, its a smaller fitting than a standard e27 screw cap fixture

Thanks. So did they use two different lamp types in that case for the 600W GroLux? I'm just puzzled as my other 600W GroLux has a '40' stamped on it and the bulb looks very different on the inside.

Yea...it's a Sylvania. I wonder now if it's a standard Sylvania bulb shoved into a GroLux box??? Can anyone confirm this?
