Does Veg Time make a difference? Your Opinion..

YET AGAIN...it depends on how you're planning to grow. if you plan to scrog, or just like to grow trees, then the longer veg time is worth it. there are more efficient ways to grow, but sometimes circumstances prevent you from taking advantage of them, so you take the best path available to you

Btw just so those know, I have no need for this information because I veg for at least 3 months no matter what.

I grow outdoors, this indoor set up was only because I got ripped. As soon a second they are done, I'll be growing a mother in there and just taking clones and planting get seedlings because they are so fun lol

I don't want to have a bunch of plants and only veg a few weeks, that's no fun. Veg is my favourite part of growing. It's the time you get to manipulate and train and mould your plant how you'd like.

3 weeks veg imo is just growing to get bud lol nothing wrong with that but I'm growing for the experience of it all :)

Nobody is stopping you from long veg times if you enjoy it, I do have a problem with people trying to act like it's no less productive. It is complete fact excessive veg times reduce annual yields indoor. Some situations like perpetuals may force a longer than desired veg time, nobody is disputing that self imposed necessity.. but it isn't optimal and to say otherwise is a miss understanding or out right lie.

I feel compelled to keep pointing this out for possible newb readers because this topic is riddled with self assurance. Excessive veg time leads to significantly less annual yield. This is a fact that should be known. On top of excessive veg, techniques like mainlining, heavy lst with excessive pruning and single plant large scrogs should be avoided like the plague if you want high/max annual yield. They either slow down and extend veg drastically or put plants into flower that are not fit for it, either way -yield.

Then you will find the point that its not worth it at about the part when light no longer penetrates leaving more branch and less leaf in the interior sections like what happens with a tree.

I cannot think there is much else to it.
