does this sound right

Two flourescent fixtures (4 foot tubes) two 20 inch 24 watt flouros a computer fan, fish tank light, two timers (heavy duty outdoor ones) raising the electric bill 70 bucks?

how many watts are talking all together.. And are you talking how long on the electricity bill... Year month?

4-40 watt tubes, 3 25 watt , 1 month

how much does your power company charge per kwh? assuming you are running 24 hours a day you are using 169 kwh per month. That shouldn't be more than 20 bucks.

I was guessing that was the yeariy bill.

It should not have even moved the meter, IMO.
