You're good, those are older leaves. If your new leaves start looking like that then you can worry. Good luck. You might be overwatering too so back off on that a little and let it dry out more often.

IMHO that plant has some issues. It is close to or at a month now and is barely past the seedling stage. As for what is causing the stunting and nutrient issues it is having....some questions need answering...what is your medium and how much is she in now? what if any nutrients have you used? and if so how much and how often? what is the ph of your water and soil?, temps, ventilation and rh?

Its outside in some happy frog soil, I just use regular water and no nutrients

Looks like a little bit of Magnesium deficiency to me.
I would add a pinch (one layer of granules between fingers) of Epsom's salts (nonscented) to a gal of water. Use that for watering.

Now that I look at the calendar I think its about 2½-3 weeks old, but alright, ill start adding a pinch of Epsom salt to my water

Be sure to shake your jug good to dissolve the Epsom's, and add dissolved oxygen (fizz) for the roots.
I suggest getting "GH ph kit" to ph 6 your water to help in optimal nutrient uptake.

I have a gh ph kit but the first time I tried to test my nutrient water for the plants it's kept reading the same thing, I swear no matter how much ph up I added it stayed red, but the outside color was green, does that usually happen to you?

No. You put a sample of your mixed nutrient in the vial, and add 2-3 drops of the color indicator solution, and shake.

My guess is it's a pH issue. I received a seedling, that was a month old, and no bigger than yours because of some cheap soil, but most likely, due to being fed non correct pH water at around 7.4 out of the tap. Not to hijack your thread or gain attention, but HERE is a link to my thread for some comparisions. Post #12 picture attached the top two are only 2 weeks old to the day when the picture was taken. Post #29 picture attached is 3 weeks to the day.
