Give us some details. If is has only been out of the ground for a day, sit back and let them do their thing. Make sure you don't over water them, and only give them water. Make sure a light is on them and give them some time. It's not unusal for a seedling to do some funky things when it's getting oriented. Does it look healthy? Not particularly, but I've seen alot worse. Just make sure you don't kill them with kindness.

Detals: Did you feed them anything? Have you been giving them water with the correct ph? etc. Maybe I can help you more.

looks decent to me for a sprout...what kinda soil r u running there? tapwater isnt terrible as long as you let it sit out for about a day or so....depending on where u live pH should be a solid 7.0......throw a light fan in there and let those stems bulk up and let em do their thing....i take it they are feminized seeds u started with? the more u describe the enviroment in which they are in the more everyone here can help you...happy growing!!

A good medium depends on your situation. Since they are already in soil, I would probably go with that this round. You can tansplant them into soil, yes. If you want to go hydro, a Hempy bucket is a great way to introduce yourself to the basic concepts of hydroponics, and it doesn't require any pumps or resiviors, just a bucket with a hold drilled into it 2" up from the bottom. There is some great info about them on this site, just search Hempy bucket. I will be using them this go around. Do some research, look at what other people are doing, and find what is going to work best in your particular situation. Everyone has a prefered method, and almost all of them work, and all of them have their pros and cons. My biggest peice of advice as a new grower myself is to not over care for your plants. My first go around I killed 10 purplewreck seedlings because i constantly checked on them, took the humidity dome off, poked and prodded around to see if they were doing anything, and then once the sprouted I overwatered them :/ Good luck man, keep on growin'

Squidbilly hit it right on the head....kill em with kindness tends to be the reason of death amongst new growers....its a weed lol, it will grow just leave it. As to hydro, well thats not really my dept here...i do not run hydro bc of the upkeep and possible hazardous situations hydro can get u in....i run completely soil organic, even down to my nutes (Nectar for the Gods).....u mentioned coco, while its not bad, for a first timer i woulldnt recommend it....if ur deadset on hydro, im sure this site alone has plenty of info, but im a soil guy

anyways.. its still to small to tell if they will continue to be healthy.. but so far just keep an Eye on them.. and remember not to over complicate growing.. its easy to grow.. its hard to grow amazing buds.. remember Genetics, Nutes, Medium, and Environment.. the 4 things that once in check.. you should be growing some amazing nuggets.
