Does Smoking Weed Kill Brain Cells?

i was talking about sso.. actually...
lol sorry I'm all screwed up this morning... .haven't blazed till just now.

you are funny.

i love indica. misunderstand much?

conspiracy of the world? there are many conspiracies but i dont lose any sleep over them.

basically what i said, was, dont trust everything you read or hear.
because
this thread is about a very old propaganda lie, born of an inepts scientists failure of an experiment, that was yet trusted by the government and the population at large.

ok, wait, im bringing out the popcorn, you might be possibly entertaining.
I didn't misunderstand... you said you don't recommend indica....

I don't recommend sativa to everyone, it makes people paranoid and is very rarely grown right.... indica is the fail safe.. just because it makes most people lazy doesn't mean it shoudln't be recommended....

I posted legit studies on cannabis... and you pull the abstract don't trust everything you read... in which case there is no other way to be sure the info is legit other than being in the room when the scientists discovered it?

and even then you're doubtful self seems that you would doubt that too, because if you can't trust everything you hear or read how could you trust everything you see?

this is why I don't bother with people like you, you arbitrarily doubt everything so there is no true /truth/ to you.

Why is it I cannot help but believe that you are an indica lover?

When I smoke a 100% sativa it's almost like there was speed mixed in with it. I want to get up and do something, anything, trim bushes, swim, golf, water ski, mow the lawn, even do dishes or laundry ... it makes me want and need to be active, though fun activities are always better than chore types, but sitting and doing nothing is not easy.

In the 60's when almost every single strain someone would find would be all sativa and the old hippie communes existed they were like bee hives or ant nests. There was activity going on everywhere. Some cooked, made bread, some cleaned, some worked on looms to make cloth, others made clothes, others made soap, that may or may not have been used all that often, others did repairs or yard-work, others worked in vegetable gardens, others painted or wrote and played songs or wrote poetry, etc., etc., etc. What they smoked motivated them.

If they had indicas to smoke they would have all laid around, nothing would have gotten done and the place wouldn't have lasted a week. They would have spent their entire time doing nothing more that getting stoned and farting into the same bean bag chair the whole time they were there. The floors would have been littered with pizza boxes, been a total pigsty and in no time at all the people there would have been calling their parents for money to come home or hitchhiking somewhere else.

That's the difference between getting high and getting stoned.

this is so true....

my issue with sativas is that its hard to find a good one to grow outdoors in northern california...so far AK47 was the BEST one I've ever seen for outdoor sativa as far as yeilders.... space queen (aka green crack) looks amazing outdoors too...

my other issue with sativas is that I don't enjoy them unless I'm doing something..... it sucks. that's why I blaze indicas in the morning when I'm not doing shit till the sun comes out.... unless I have some set plans which I usually don't...

I remember when I grew all sativa one year.... it was amazing but it sucked at the same time.... all the times I was doing shit with that weed I was having the best time of my life.... but all the other times when Iwas just blazing it to chill it sucked ass...

so if you want to chill and blaze it's hard to recommend sativas unless you're doing something fun.... or work related....

I don't recommend sativa to everyone, it makes people paranoid and is very rarely grown right....

Every strain below is either mostly sativa or all sativa. All are medicinal marijuana strains for use by people with anxiety problems. You do not give someone with anxiety problems something that will cause them to experience paranoia, but here is a list of mostly sativa to all sativa strains that are proven to reduce anxiety and something that would cause paranoia would not be among the list.

There are far fewer paranoia causing sativa strains than most people believe or imagine. They have heard stories and myths and urban legends and old hippie folklore about major paranoia resulting from strains that are mostly sativa to all sativa but few if any who make such claims have ever smoked many sativas, especially pure 100% sativas, some of which can be extremely relaxing, while being motivational at the same time.

THC is what causes paranoia and THC is found in indica strains too. The key is the ratio, the mix, the combination of various cannabinoids and in particular certain terpenoids. If the percentage, ratio, mix, combination of those things are 'off' then any strain can cause paranoia. I have known a good number of people who have experienced major paranoia smoking mostly indica and even pure indica strains. Such experiences are not just limited to sativa strains. I will admit it is more common among sativa strains, but not nearly to the extent or degree that many people believe it to be.

I began toking in 1968. For a long time all there was in my area were old school sativa strains like Malawi Gold, Dalat, Colombian Gold, Acapulco Gold, Panama Red Durban Poison, Highland Oaxacan Gold, various unspecified Thai, Cambodian, Laotian, and Jamaican strains and the first and only times I have ever experienced any paranoiac affects were when man-made crosses took over and that was all there was to smoke. Be they all sativa, mostly sativa, mostly indica or all indica, it was only after breeders crosses took over that I first experienced feelings of paranoia and while it has only been a handful of times any of the various strain types have been the cause.

Strain Name: White Ice
Grade: B
Type: Sativa Dominate Hybrid
Looks: Light green with bright orange hairs. So many bright orange hairs that green can barely be seen. Nice coating of crystals. 9/10
Smell: Very musty and lemony smell. Smells good, but not a smell I’m fond of. This type of smell ALWAYS reminds me of the way an old musty basement. 7/10
Taste: Much like the smell it packs a musty lemony taste. Taste reminds me of the way action figures smelled in the 80′s. Good taste, but not a taste I’m very fond of. 7/10
Effects: Day and night time use. Very upbeat euphoric state of mind. Totally clear head. Good strain for getting stuff done and not being up in a total daze. 9/10
Good For: Anxiety, depression, relaxing, stress.

Strain Name: Strawberry Cough
Grade: B
Type: Mostly Sativa
Looks: Very Dry, Lots of Crystals on it, But this batch was very dry and very brittle.
Smell: Skunky, Maybe a bit tropical
Taste: Inhale is the green kinda thicc tasting, out was a fruity after taste.
Effects: Its name is strawberry COUGH, you will definitely get that kicc in the throat that will make you cough. Makes you very active and something that you can use before a task and not worry about being too stoned or not alert. Its a decent high about hour and half or better, though you’ll probably be a little more hung over than you’d like to be.
Good Strain For: Anxiety

Strain Name: Blue Dream
Genetics: D.J. Short’s Blueberry x Santa Cruz Haze
Source: Boulder M.M.C.
Price: $20 / gram
Grade: A++
Type: Sativa-Dominant Hybrid
Looks: Needless to say at least in the looks department this Blue Dream Pheno retained much of the colorful beauty of D.J. Short’s original Blueberry. Blue colors range from sky blue to indigo blue to dark midnight blue, just extraordinary. The greens mixed in are also very vivid and bright orange-rust pistols abound. Another amazing aspect to this medicine is the amount and size of the trichomes, dude, you can’t even move this bud without leaving a pile of blue tinged Kief. This is one of those batches where you wonder if there would be room for even one more trichome, freaking ridiculous forests of purple- blue, and giant wizard globe crystals of medicine totally encrust the flowers head to toe!! That’s just sick kids, sick I say! Even the stems are a beautiful light blue,,,go ahead, you can gnaw on these stems; this is pure organic goodness.10/10
Smell: Very complex and potent. Definitely smell the sweet-tart intensity of the Blueberry mixed with earthy, musky- skunk depth as well. A good size Jar of this medicine, when opened, will not only stink up the general vicinity but most surrounding vicinities as well!!! WOW I applaude the maker of these flowers, freakin’ beauty product mang,,,totally legite. The bottom end aroma of this smoke, which shows up in a lot of the Blue Dream I’ve scored in these parts, is one of an incensey type of sandalwood that softly mixes in with the overall musk of this connoisseur offering. 10/10
Taste: Wow these Hazes and Haze mixes these days!!! The Cantaloupe Haze taste jus’ like cantaloupes, the Tangerine Haze taste jus’ like Tangerines, the Snozberry Haze tastes just like Snoz berries etc, etc, etc! This hybrid taste jus’ downright BLUE to me and very sweet like the best candy Willy Wonka ever made. I start drooling jus’ thinking about it, I gotta have another bowl,,NOW!!! Ahhhhh,,,jus’ like Grammy’s blueberry pie,,,yummy. I’m thinking Blue Dream Jelly might be an awesome addition to my sourdough toast.
Effects: OK this medicine is extreme. I smoked a big bowl of Blue Dream with some old friends at a party, and everything was cool for about five minutes then the head sweats hit along with tsunami size body and head rushes that were so overpowering that I started talking complete gibberish like a deranged raccoon. Just couldn’t seem to put my thoughts together with my speech anymore. My vision was strangely tunnel-like and I was beginning to float up off the ground (in my mind anyway). At this point I politely excused myself and retired to the firepit area to chill out abit. I have been smoking herb for well over thirty years, and have a lot of experience with different effects as well as a good tolerance, but this was just intense. After about thirty minutes of this savage head buffeting, it seemed to mellow right into a very euphoric uppy, and quite social phase at which time I slipped back into the crowd and profusely enjoyed myself for the remainder of the hoe down! Blue Dream relaxes all the muscles and any pains just fade away along with the odd floating sensations that are quite pronounced. It’s kinda like doin a spacewalk in zero grativity,,,you know “Ground control to Major Tom” type stuff. I think it just hits so hard and fast that it catches a lot of folks unawares. I became overwhelmed by billions of brilliant thoughts and ideas coursing through me all at once. Very creative and lots of fun overall. Maybe not the best medicine to start off the newbies with though. 10/10
Good Strain For: Great Indica effects for pain relief, muscle relaxation, anxiety. Great Sativa effects for depression, energy boosting, creativity. Great hybrid effects for euphoria, spaciness, and Oompa- Loompa Syndrome in general! I must say for the overall package this is some of the best medicine this freak has ever consumed. Oompa, Loompa, doompity do, we’ve got some special Blue Dream for you!

Strain Name: AK47
Grade: A
Type: Sativa dominant; Hybrid
Looks: Bright green all throughout. Every nug looks almost the same as the others. About half dollar size buds.
Smell: Pretty great smell. If you’ve smelled AK then you’ve smelled AK. The smell never seems to change no matter where it comes from.
Taste: Nice taste. I always want the first green hit. Hahaha. Really has a nice smooth marijuana taste
Effects: It might make you stupid for the first minute or two. Really good head high. Gets me motivated.
Good Strain For: Everything. It’s AK for God’s sake.

Strain Name: Dairy Queen
Genetics: Cheese X Romulan X Cindy 99
Breeder: TGA Subcool
Grade: A+
Type: Hybrid Sativa Dominant – 60% Sativa / 40% Indica
Looks: Loaded with crystals. Darker green bud with bright orange hair. Super sticky. A few random nugs had a blueish purple leaves. Very gooey and sticky, even when the outside is bone dry. Looks killer, just not as good as other strains that I have given a ten out of ten in the looks dept. This batch was a tad bit leafy, but the leaves were packed with crystals so it was kosher. (9/10)
Smell: Super unique and delicious smell. Smells like a pungent cherry cheese cake slice with a hint of non burnt fuel, earth, clay, and a dash of sour. Slight dash of haze. (10/10)
Taste: All the buds look similar, but some have completely different tastes. There is 3 main flavors I discovered. The first type have a very earthy, clay like, perfumey inhale with a sort of perfumey exhale. The second type tastes very similar to the kush. A very piney, fruity, kush, spicey, earthy taste, this was my favorite flavor. The third type tastes similar to the smell, packing a cherry earthy cheese like flavor with a smooth exhale. The second and third type were the best tasting. Those were a ten out of ten. The first flavor type was a eight out of ten. (9/10)
Effects: Day or night time use. Small amounts gave off the perfect sativa medicinal effects. In larger amounts it felt like a heavy indica. Very potent medicine and well rounded effects! Faded without the munchies or being couchlocked.(10/10)
Good For: Stress, relaxing, anxiety, depression, creative thoughts, and pain relief.

Strain Name: Big Cheese
Grade: A
Type: Sativa (60% Sativa / 40% Indica)
Looks: Super dense rock hard buds. Darker green with raspberry orange hairs. Looking at the buds closely I can see the little pod finger type looking formation that the cheese and bluecheese strains display. Nice coating of crystals. (9/10)
Smell: When the jar is first cracked it gives off a musky type of smell. When the buds are broken up it gives off the standard cheese smell with a slight hint of berry fruit and a flowery mixture. Smells very similar to the blue cheese strain without the strong blueberry smells. I can’t even put the cheese smell into words properly, but it’s one of the most unique smells ever. (9/10)
Taste: Very Similar to the smell. Very spicy cheese taste. Slight aftertaste of berry. Very smooth thick vapor. (9/10)
Effects: Night time use. Hard hitting behind the eyes. Dropped my eyes low at least a quarter inch after the third volcano bag. Got that zooted feeling while still having a very clear head. Very mellow, but tons of thoughts racing through my head. (9/10)
Potency: Very Strong (9/10)
Reviewed By: Volcanobis
Good For: Relaxing, creative thoughts, anxiety, asthma, depression, stress, insomnia and increased appetite. Very powerful medicine that could be used for other ailments to I suppose.

Strain Name: Mandala #1
Grade: A++
Type: Hybrid mainly Sativa (East Indian Landrace Sativa x South African Landrace Sativa x New Zealand Purple Indica)
Looks: Very dense long foxtail buds.Extremely crystally inside and out. Very beautiful colors lots of golds, pinks, reds, browns and even some purples. A few phenos were more of the New Zealand Purple and were very dense and fatter, christmas tree shaped and were a beautiful purple pink color.
Smell: When you first open a jar it smells very distinctly like orange cream soda, then it morphs into a variety of citrus smells, orange, lemon, and lime. The single buds smell very smokey and earthy on a deep inhale. Overall very delicious indeed, I give it a 10 on smell.
Taste: Very smooth smokey, citrus, earthy flavor. This is organic, dirt grown medicine and is very easy on the throat with very little coughing involved.
Effects: According to the pheno you are smoking, mostly sativa effects. Very mood enhancing, psychedelic effects that hit immediately and started with a warming effect throughout the body. This sativa is not like alot of the psychoactive sativas in that the strain is bred to take out alot of the heart racing, paranoid effects of some sativas. Mike Mandala crossed in the New Zealand purple indica in just the right amount to tone down the frantic effects of the strong landrace sativas. However the strain is very psychedelic and thought provoking, very fun and enjoyable experience.
Potency: This strain is very potent and fast acting, yet it is not overwhelming at all. It is long lasting, with intense effects for between 2-3 hours, with mellow after effects for another hour or two

Strain Name: Jack Frost
Grade: A
Type: The bag says 75% indica 25% sativa. online it says its 100% sativa. The buds do look more like a indica.
Looks: Dry, Coated in crystals, not very hairy.
Smell: Dank, and strong.
Taste: Strong. kind of sweet after taste.
Effects: Good heavy head high, not much of a body buzz. Has a zoning effect.
Potency: A few one hitters of this does the trick. Its fairly potent. More of a night time smoke.

Strain Name: Super Silver Haze
Grade: A
Type: Sativa
Looks: Rich light green with bright deep tropical orange hairs. Completely covered in crystals. (9/10)
Smell: Smells delicious like a sugary berry fruit snack. (10/10)
Taste: Super fresh fruity earthy taste that is similar to the smell! You can tell this stuff was grown and cured properly cause it tastes so fresh with no hints of chemicals. (9/10)
Effects: Day and night time use. In the clouds but still able to get stuff done without being glued to the couch. Good for tedious tasks or for creative inspirations. (8/10)
Good Strain For: Energy, creativity, motivation, tedious tasks, anxiety, depression.

Strain Name: Purple Haze
Grade: A-
Type: Sativa
Looks: Light dull green with thick milky orange hairs. Loads of crystals. (9/10)
Smell: When I cracked the jar it smelled delicious. Earthy peppery herb smell with a linger of berry fruit. When I broke it up it smelled super delicious like berry fruit with a hint of fresh peppery herb. (9/10)
Taste: Taste is very similar to the smell. It has a peppery earthy fresh herb taste. The inhale has a funny taste to it, it tastes the way carpet walls in roller skating rinks smelled in the 80′s and 90′s. The exhale tastes like some straight fire. Unfortunately the taste is NOT as good as the smell. Eliminate that funny taste on the inhale and it would have easily gotten a nine out of ten in the taste department. (8/10)
Effects: Day or night time use. Felt like giving a speech to the world after I was done chiefing. Super talkative, energizing medicine. (9/10)
Potency: Strong (8/10)

Strain Name: Jacks Cleaner
Breeder: TGA Subcool
Grade: A
Type: Sativa
Looks: Has a very strong yellow tint to it. Dull green color with dull orange hairs and loads of crystals that looks like the ground after a snow blizzard. Some of the buds were kind of airy and some were pretty dense. (9/10)
Smell: Has a sort of lemony/citrus/musky smell and when its broken up it has a very strong pungent skunky smell. Smells like a lemon skunk after it’s broken up. Smells a lot like the Jilly Bean strain from TGA Subcool. (8/10)
Taste: Very similar to the way it smells. Has a musky lemony like citrus taste that is followed up with a sour/fuel taste and a skunky aftertaste that lingers. Has some expansion once it hits the lungs. (9/10)
Effects: Day and night time use. Some very potent medicine here! I pretty much had to take a quick food break after the first volcano bag. My stomach was growling loud like a lion which is very rare for me. Super zooted but still able to function with above normal energy (to make food in the kitchen) (9/10)

Strain Name: Dream Queen
Genetics: Blue Dream x Space Queen
Grade: B
Type: Sativa
Looks: The looks were okay. The buds were dense but an undesirable tone of green. There were trichromes on most of the buds but the stems and leaves seemed pretty bare of sugar.
Smell: I have had more Blue Dream than Space Queen but the smell, while distinct from both, leaned more towards the musky Space Queen versus it’s blueberry heritage.
Taste: The taste was clean and almost clear. Reminded me of a haze most of all. The taste was extremely mild especially since both parents have the most exquisite tastes.
Effects: It’s a very good hybrid. It’s almost if you could take the sativa head high and make it melt the whole way down your body until every atom feels like its buzzing.
Potency: The potency was just right for a sativa. Very extreme at first but cools off after fifteen minutes and than just buzzes for another hour and a half.
Reviewed by: ILikeKush
Good Strain For: Sleep Aid, Spasms, Anxiety, Appetite Stimulant.

Strain Name: Blueberry AK
Genetics: Blueberry x AK-47
Grade: B+
Type: Sativa
Looks: The looks are excellent. The bud is a bit fluffy for my taste but the bud is covered in sugary goodness. Burnt orange hairs with a tinge of yellow really make this bud appealing for it’s overall nuclear green appearance.
Smell: The blueberry really shines through. With a little extra musk contributed by the AK.
Taste: The taste was good. It wasn’t anything that made my jaw drop, or think I had a mouthful of blueberries. Thick kush smoke that had the sweetness of fruit but not much else.
Effects: The effects were powerful. The taste was the real reason this bud didn’t get an A. The AK dominates the effects at first with a head rush that makes it feel like all the blood in your body is suddenly in your skull. The buzz mellows out to the giggling smiley buzz of Blueberry that just sort of leaves you squirming on a comfy couch.
Potency: The potency was excellent. I was jumping around after a few fat rips and couldn’t sit still until the new south park came on and than I couldn’t get off the couch or stop smiling while they ran around as super heroes.

Smell: Very sweet sugary smell that smells like fresh rainbow/vanilla cupcake batter with a hint of fresh earth. Very distinct odd smell! In fact I’ve never smelled another strain that even comes close to this smell before. (9/10)
Taste: Just like the smell, it tastes like sugary sweet cake batter, with a touch of earth and a touch of mint. (9/10)

Strain Name: AK47
Grade: A-
Type: Hybrid – Sativa Dominant
Looks: Dark yellowish green buds completely covered in an avalanche of crystals. Very little hairs, what hairs are present are a dark amber red and are only visible when breaking up the buds. (7/10)
Smell: Strong pungent skunky smell mixed with berry fruit, diesel exhaust and diesel fuel. This strain is a room reaker. (9/10)
Taste: Has a weird distinct taste. It tastes like the way an old crawl space smells – sweet musty taste with a hint of pine. Doesn’t taste as good as it smells. I think the taste could have been a result of too much nutrients or lack of a proper flush during the grow. (7/10)
Effects: Day time use with a thc tolerance, night time use only with a low tolerance. I see why they call it AK47 because this strain is killer! I’m a seasoned vet and this strain had me traveling the world in the clouds. Good strain for relaxing, anti-anxeity, couchlock, pain relief, and insomnia. (9/10)

Strain Name: Diesel
Grade: A-
Type: Hybrid – Sativa 70% / Indica 30%
Looks: Super bright green and bright orange hairs – fairly dense buds. The bright orange hairs look like they are pouring out of bud. Crystal heavily cover the entire bud. (9/10)
Smell: When the jar is cracked it smells like a delicious freshly sliced grapefruit and sugary rice crispies. When it’s ground up it smells like grapefruit and unburnt diesel fuel. Smells yummy! (9/10)
Taste: Fresh grapefruit berry green taste with a touch of sour on the inhale. The exhale was a little rough not as fruity as it should have been. Fruity taste is not as strong as the smell, but it definitely tastes like some chronic. (8/10)
Effects: Day time use. Ever hear of 5 hour energy? Well this is a 2 hour energy punch! Had me bouncing off the walls with new creative ideas. Pretty much getting stuff done on my to do list that has been there since 2009 ;) Even with the energy burst, I was chillaxed to the max, I could feel my eyelids dropping. Great medical strain for energy, creative thoughts, and anti-anxiety. Perfect balance of sativa and indica. The effects lasted a long time, I was feeling it hours later. (9/10)

Strain Name: Chocolope

Taste: Just like it smells, juicy fruit gum with hints of skunk. Put out a thick smooth vapor from the volcano. (9/10)
Effects: Day and night time use. Excellent medicinal effects. Provided an energetic, creative like effects. Good for pain relief, relaxing, munchies, and for getting stuff done. A few tokes too many and it provides a narcotic like couch lock which is great for sleeping. This is some FIRE! (10/10)

Strain Name: Bubblegum
Grade: B
Type: Hybrid – Sativa Dominant
Looks: Light green with lots of bright orange hairs. The buds are kind of airy. Has TONS of crystals that looks like snow. (8/10)
Smell: When the jar is cracked it smells similar to a piece of old school bazooka bubblegum. When its ground up it has a strong citus like smell with hints of manufactured plastic and bazooka bubble gum. (9/10)
Taste: Has a decent sweet and wet earthy taste on the inhale, similar to the smell before it’s ground up. The exhale tastes like burnt campfire leaves. The taste on the exhale is from the grow and not the strain, as I’ve had bubblegum before that tasted like bubblegum chewing gum. (6/10)
Effects: Night time use. Provided powerful medicinal effects. Worked great for pain, relaxing and anti-anxiety. I was expecting more of a sativa like effect, but it felt like it was more on the heavy indica side. I was on verge of being couched locked, but still very energetic at the same time. One bowel from the volcano was more than enough to get er’ done. (8/10)

Strain Name: Blue Cheese
From: Purple Lotus Patient Center
Grade: High
Type: Sativa
Looks: Frosty, well cured
Smell:Interesting smell, not like cheese, but skunky
Taste: very tasty, no bad aftertaste.
Effects: Smooth smoke, hits you hard and fast. Very euphoric and uplifting, but doesn’t make your heart beat fast like some sativas do. This is a good choice for a focused and relaxing sativa.

Strain Name: Sweet Haze
Breeder: DNA Genetics
Grade: A
Type: Sativa
Looks: Typical medium green with dark orange pistils. And a generous amount of long, plump trichomes covering the entire surface area.
Smell: Very sweet,hazey aroma.
Taste: Like Candy. Smooth smoke.
Effects: Very clear head buzz. Quit long as well. Good for anxiety.

Strain Name: Amnesia
From: Purple Lotus Patient Center
Grade: Premium
Type: Sativa – Cross of Skunk, Cinderella 99, and Jack Herer.
Looks: Frosty, hairy
Smell: Dank
Taste: No aftertaste, heavy
Effects: Hits you quick and is very heady. I had energy but it was mellow. My head felt pretty floaty for about 2 hours, and after 4 hours I could tell the “Amnesia” had worked because I could not remember the previous 2 hours.

Strain Name: Snowcap
Grade: B-
Type: Sativa
Looks: The bud is extremely light green at least from what i can tell from under the vast amount of crystals that take up the entire outer coating. Unlike some extremely crystally strains it has a lot of very light peach colored hairs that bulge out of the nug. All the nugs are extremely dense so much so the 1/8th looked like a gram and i had to ask the people at the dispensary if they had calibrated there scale lol.
Smell: The smell is very sweet and strong. It also has a bit of a wet dog smell that is very interesting. This is a room reaker and it will radiate out of any container.
Taste: The taste is quite mild but lingers. It is skunk like with a hint of high octane gasoline. It doesn’t overpower at all and doesn’t last the entire life of the bowl. once a couple of hits are taken the grunt of the taste is gone and it more and more begins to just taste cashed.

Strain Name: Doyon Bud
Grade: A+
Type: Sativa
Looks: Massive lime-green fluffy nugs with very noticeable crystals. Small patches of purple throughout the bud.
Smell: Very strong skunk smell that stings the nostrils in the best way.
Taste: Strong pine taste that continues to get better as you smoke.
Effects: This bud is guaranteed to brighten anyone’s day. Helps with anxiety and puts very euphoric thoughts in your mind. This bud will give you the munchies and definitelywill help with eating disorders.

Strain Name: Cinderella 99 (C99)
Grade: A-
Type: Hybrid – Sativa Dominant
Looks: Light green with dark orange / red hairs. Lots of crystals cover each part of the dense bud.
Smell: Does not have a real strong smell until it’s broken up. Smells like a watermelon or that mystery white flavor airhead candy when it’s broken up.
Taste: Piney with hints of chemically engineered fruit flavor, similar to the candy airhead’s smell. Skunky overtones with slight hints of burnt campfire leaves tasteon exhale. Had a different kind of a piney taste, tasted the way the fake christmas tree’s in the 80′s smelled.
Effects: Day time use! Provided an energetic, clear head type of medicinal effect. Also enhanced my mood and produced anti-anxiety feelings. Standard sativa medicinal effects.

Strain Name: Lamb’s Breath
Grade: B-
Type: Sativa
Looks: Very dense and dark green, but a bit less crystalline than average for this price range.
Smell: Dank and spicy, with lemon undertones.
Taste: The flavor sticks very closely to the dank scent. The first thing that came to mind when I tasted this was the idea of some dank sort of sweet cigarette.
Effects: This is a very warm headed high, almost like that typical feeling you get with good Headband. That warm feeling typically makes strains very good for migraines/headaches. The body buzz was negligible. I was surprised at the lack of mood enhancement in such a pure sativa. Also, as far as sativas go, this one is very mellow.

http://www.medicalmarijuanastrains.com/tag/relaxing/

Here is a list of strains to treat people who need calming relaxing affects from what they smoke, some duplicates of those above for treating anxiety problems, but again, they would not be recommended for people who need calming relaxing affects if they caused paranoia and every one of them is anywhere from mostly sativa to pure sativa.Strain Name: NYC diesel
Grade: A
Type: hybrid 60/40 saliva dom
Looks: Big, fairly dense spear shaped( these were squished from the curing jar) nugs with many colors. Olive green leaves with a few almost purple leaves , lime green calyxes, goldish trichomes and also very greasy to the touch, light brown to darker orange hairs with about 10 percent yellowish white hairs . Very good bag appeal with an exotic look. These pics are from iPhone and don’t do these beauties any real justice .
8.5/10
Smell: Very complex fruity citrusy pine ,funk that arouses the senses. makes my mouth water .Before it was finished curing i also smelt a bit of anise in there too! Not as pungent and fuelly as sour diesels but still very stinky and is 1 of the gold standards of funky exotic buds along with the other diesels and kushes. Be careful with all diesels they will get u in trouble . Kind of stuff that you can smell thru just about any container or vacuum sealed bags.8.7/10
Taste: sweat and sour almost tarty with woody piney undertones . 9/10
Effects: Very well balanced uplifts the mind but relaxes the body, smoking to much gets me real spaced out. Good any time smoke that’s very social and cheerful.

Looks: Light green and covered in crystals. This is the real deal. Never turn down SD.
Smell: Like pure gas. Strong odor. One wiff let’s you know it’s SD.
Taste: It has the diesel taste. Some really like it. I am not one of those people. It’s not harsh, but it’s nothing like a good clean Indica.
Effects: It only takes 2 or 3 tokes of this stuff and your own your way to where you need to be. Too much and you’ll be couch locked.

Strain Name: Belladonna
Grade: B+
Type: Sativa
Looks: Light green with red hairs throughout. The tips of the buds are what made them a B+ in my opinion as they are literally covered in crystals.
Smell: Smells like a fresh bowl of fruit loops with deep earthy undertones. I could tell it was cured extremely well because of the smell of the bud.
Taste: Tastes exactly like it smells; a fresh, fruity taste on the inhale followed by a moist earthy taste on the exhale.
Effects: For only being a B+ this sat me on my couch for a good amount of time. No significant munchies from this so dont use as an appetite stimulant. I would suggest nighttime use as it put me to sleep, but its not so overpowering that you couldnt use it during the day for moderate aches and pains.

Effects: 1.5 hrs soaring upper body head chest third eye expansion… 3+ hr medicine not for beginners-Shoot, i know some who cannot smoke it because the are thrown onto the couch from over medicating-it is a one hit sort of strain and two for avg users and 3 for those needing heavy effects-i could see losing time and taking a nap if using too much and anxiety for those not used to such strong medicine-can be very introspective even emotional reactions-not a stealth strain but not as bad as others-does give one the munchies :^) a almost perfect balance between sativa /indica effects would love to have Medibles from this strain

Strain Name: Mr. Nice Guy
Grade: A
Type: Sativa
Looks: Beautiful. Big purple leafs with orange and white hairs running throughout the buds. Nice crstyal consistency.
Smell: Very fruity aroma. Like a walk through an orchird.
Taste: Very fruity and sweet as well. That’s one of the main reasons I like this strain. It’s not the most potent, but it’s a nice treat to see it come around.
Effects: Nice mild/medium high. Good for day time use.

Looks: Vivid purple with bright green leaves and an ample coating of bright orange hairs.
Smell: Extremely Aromatic with smells ranging from heady inscense to a woodsy, almost Sandlewood aroma, to a deeply earthy Haze undertone. Very satisfying olefactry experience indeed.
Taste: The most “Purple” taste of any medicine I’ve ever experienced. Grape candy on the inhale and earthy Sandlewood inscense on the exhale. Almost exactly like the Smell.
Effects: Very soaring, rushy, euphoric effect that is not at all edgey or uncomfortable. This medicine made me fill very “large” and floaty like a big baloon in the sky. Very long lasting with amellow easy comedown.
Potency: Very strong with pronounced psychedelic imagery and soaring, rushy body high. Not for the faint of heart, at least in the initial stages of the experience, before eventually (could be hours) the introspective mellow indica high takes over.

Taste: taste somewhat sour and fruity as well as a slight skunk flavor…..very nice clean pure smoke
Effects: starts off with a slight head high and quickly changes over to an intense body high….great for relaxing and to help with pain….wont necessarily help you sleep because of the little bit of headiness to it…..this strain will most likely have you zoning out and doing nothing for a long period of time

Effects: Night time use. Provided powerful medicinal effects. Worked great for pain, relaxing and anti-anxiety. I was expecting more of a sativa like effect, but it felt like it was more on the heavy indica side. I was on verge of being couched locked, but still very energetic at the same time. What he said ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Great info BT

I think verity is important so I grow both and at the end of the day my wife knows what I have been into. I also think the reason so many people think couch lock is the stone to have is because it only takes 50 days for some of it so growers like the turn around and that's what you get on the street. I have tried to get some of my best friends to smoke sativa but they just smoke it and say something polite and back to the chink eyes. The other thing people don't talk about is the hang-over you can get from indica, I just did not know that's what it was.

this is so true....

my issue with sativas is that its hard to find a good one to grow outdoors in northern california...so far AK47 was the BEST one I've ever seen for outdoor sativa as far as yeilders.... space queen (aka green crack) looks amazing outdoors too...

my other issue with sativas is that I don't enjoy them unless I'm doing something..... it sucks. that's why I blaze indicas in the morning when I'm not doing shit till the sun comes out.... unless I have some set plans which I usually don't...

Um, Space Queen =/= Green Crack man. And I doubt you a little bit about your sativa tales. Smoking indica's straight out of bed? No bueno.

I just watched this documentary called reefer madness and it said that if you smoke too much pot you'll go insane and start to kill people, what about that, is that true?

Lol I think that movie and similar propaganda did more harm to brain cells than toking the herb

lol sorry I'm all screwed up this morning... .haven't blazed till just now.

I didn't misunderstand... you said you don't recommend indica....

I don't recommend sativa to everyone, it makes people paranoid and is very rarely grown right.... indica is the fail safe.. just because it makes most people lazy doesn't mean it shoudln't be recommended....

I posted legit studies on cannabis... and you pull the abstract don't trust everything you read... in which case there is no other way to be sure the info is legit other than being in the room when the scientists discovered it?

and even then you're doubtful self seems that you would doubt that too, because if you can't trust everything you hear or read how could you trust everything you see?

this is why I don't bother with people like you, you arbitrarily doubt everything so there is no true /truth/ to you.
lol. oh im fairly certain of many things and i said dont trust everything you read, not dont trust Anything you read.many things are inspired by lust for money or status and little else.including scientific reports.
fairly certain you like fighting, since thats the second time you say you dont bother with people like me :)

this thread is about a very old propaganda lie, born of an inepts scientists failure of an experiment, that was yet trusted by the government and the population at large.
So in a way you are saying that it is at least somewhat like the fallacy of how pot in the 60's and 70's was very low in THC and only after modern man, mainly meaning 'The Dutch Masters' began breeding projects did the percentage of THC skyrocket, how it was all predicated on lies, or at least on misrepresentation of facts, that were sold to a gullible public by governments.

hey dude, well..the only conceivable interest the government has in making such lies, would be for some cronies profit..

im not sure about the dutch, ive heard certain things about the cannabis cup and the dutch are sure much about money.
having tried a "landrace" or 2. i really doubt that the potency was lower back then, but i do know bags then included stems and leaves.
and since its a mostly government claim that potency today is higher (Sure picked up on it anyway) and they dont have a clue beyond the lies.
sure, if that rumour was started by the dutch masters or some of them , then you could say it is somewhat alike cases.
about money.

but i dont know enough about what you say to conclusively state anything.

there is one thing to consider though. two actually.

all the mixing of strains in the last years might actually have created "stronger" hybrids..

And, having smoking a pure sativa after a decade of indicas and hybrids.
you at first think its a weak smoke. there is no couchlock. so you smoke and smoke, getting higher and higher, but looking for that bodystone, you dont notice it, till you are so fucking high that you are seeing colours in the dark and everything is vibrating and then you get superparanoid about the slightest thing. skyhigh but were expecting a comfortable pillow.

course having nothing else around, i just kept on smoking it and similar to people not really feeling their high the first time,it needs to be taken in and appreciated, like fine cognac or cigars..

after 3 months of smoking only that, i kinda prefer pure sativa now over indicas, though i still enjoy them.

And No,ive tried many hybrids leaning towards sativas and its completely different, yet the same. there is that mj feel, but you just get high, no down at all, and no ceiling.

at least in what ive tried.

Thanks. I've come close to ordering the DP version of it, but I'd dearly love to find the original clone version... Got any magic for that?

:(

maybe brick top will know... (saw him post about it a couple times) worth a shot

good luck :D

I can't be of any help about where to find the original clone version. I haven't seen it for sale since about 2004, and that was on the long defunct CBay auction.
