Just had some Hopworks organic IPA and... damn. I know everyone likes their own brand but I dont think Im going to be getting any more organic beer.
Does organic beer give anybody else gas?

Just because it's organic has nothing to do with giving you farts, every beer is different, I love the micro brews and get the worst beer shits/farts from macro swill like Bud/Busch.

My buddy was just telling me about that brewery.
Not sure what their procedure is. But if it was kegged it may have been unpasturized and they may not filter the yeast out of their beer. Unpasturized & unfiltered beer works like colon blow on me. The yeast will literally start fermenting any sugar in your gut which is where the gas comes from.

thats pretty sick. I don't think they have that around here though, but i don't think i'd buy organic beer......just isnt right..........

Yeah. People really like their beers here in the northwest. And I admit, buying organic was an err in my judgement. It wont happen again. You ever tried Hemp Ale from Humboldt Brewers? Its quite tasty. A little light on the alcohol but good.
