does neem oil slow down growth when flowering?

Im on day 18 of flowering right now, been applying neem oil roughly every 4 days. Im going to start doing it once a week now maybe just for 2 more weeks, and let them go without it for the last four weeks.
Hopefully the infestation doesn't come back and destroy it during that time >.<. My question is does neem oil slow the growth of a plant at all? I don't want to carry on using it if its going to take longer to flower.

Thanks for any advice.

Last year i had a bad spidermites. The lady was into 6 weeks of flower, i have no choice but went ahead sprayed my lady with Dyna-Gro Pro-Tekt and Dyna-Gro's Neem Oil, i was afraid that there will be bad taste. It turned out that it dont affect at all. You will be fine with four weeks.

Hope your lady will be in the best of health and best med as well.

happy gardening.
