That yellow is from lack of healthy light. They’ll need a deeper soil base but if you just transplanted them, doing it again to a seedling could kill it unless you have secret surgeon hands.When I germinated them I didn’t have soil today my soil finally came in the mail so I put them in I don’t know if it’s to late but they look kindia ok to me think the one on the right looks like a male so I might remove it
