Does My Plant/Stem Look Healthy?

It is about 3 weeks old. I'm wondering, should it be more leafy and taller at this point (PIC1). Most importantly, wondering if the stem is to skinny, thin, it's starting to grow at a fast rate over the past 4-5 days now, (Since transfer to bigger pot and different soil, with better lighting).

PIC2 shows the size of the stem. It is about the size of a coffee straw, probably just a tad bit thinner. It is tilting to the side a bit, I'm wondering if it's getting to heavy on top, causing it to fall over? It's not leaning towards the light, because the light is directly above it.

Wondering what methods I can use to get a better, bigger, stem to support the top-weight. Also wondering if I can do anything about the stem's bending, I seen a photo of someone putting a straw over the stem, into the soil, straight-up, with a slit in the straw, to keep it going upwards.

Any suggestions? Sorry for the long post... any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

It should be alot bigger at 3 weeks, at 3 weeks I have several nodes and full sized 5 finger leaves at least. (thats how my northern lights was at 3 weeks in april) A fan may help thicken the stem, under my flourescent some lean one way than grow up to the light again, my NL didnt do this, but an outdoor strain I have is doing it now. Im thinking this strain (swiss cheese) would prefer brighter sunshine, which it will get soon.

Hmm, still don't know which way to lean. One says it's fine while the other says it should be bigger. Any second opinions to either one's suggestion? Thanks for the answers from both of you!

Definitely should be bigger get a nice breeze blowing to help circulate air and strengthen the stems, I have one week olds right now that have more leaves and are more compact. They aren't doing terrible just subpar you can do much better.

I have a 32W fluorescent, T8, 4ft, cool white, 6200lumens (I believe) and 2600K (I believe) numbers might be a bit off. I was using those all the way up till 5 days ago. A that point I bought a big, CFL, equivalent to 150W and added that to my lighting.

Since then, it has grew at a fast pace. Think the lack of lighting was the problem at first?

I've had a fan going the past 5 days or so to now, things were a bit shaky in the start of it all. I'm hoping, from the results I been getting the past few days, it will finally start coming to life.

Anyone think the straw idea is a good method or will it damage anything? Seemed interesting to me at the time, never saw anyone use it, so I was hesitant to steal the idea, lol.

Thanks to all so far and please continue answering, all information helps!

I think your better off leaving the stem to do its own work, it will be stronger that way. If it gets weak maybe stake it up with a twig and a twist tie or something.

How close was the bulb to the plant you can almost touch any Fluorescent to a plant if put it within 4 inches of the top for sure. How close were you placing the light for the last 3 weeks?

It needs fans. Mine from seeds start getting blown on day 3. Fans on all plants 24/7 and my three weekers are also a lot bigger. Different strains, etc., but I'd blow more air.

Also, you can add more dirt up closer to the leaves. I did that with my outsider cuz she wasn't get much wind and now she's huge with a thick stem. She's potted.
