my 3 plants are coverd in pistils does this show its female.. i heard it does.
but i also heard wait for white hair in flowering stage??

and think there the pistils..

sounds like it... not the best pic, but here's a pic of one of my girls once the hairs started showing...

you say there only 10 inches, how long did you veg them for? lighting?
