does finely ground up weed get you higher?

Hey i was just wondering, in my experience even with mersh or shwagg, if i grind it really fine like to the consistancy of keif or just slightly larger, it gets me way higher than just broken up stuff of the same amount/grade.

I have experimented with all different grades and have the same experience no matter what grade bud.

so does anyone agree/disagree? any science behind it?

what do yall think?

it hits harder because more air mixes with it

its more compact, so theres more weed in the paper, then if you would not grind it up.

also burns nicer...

When you smoke, you vaporize the bud beneath the cherry which is what gets you very high. The bud is better prepared for vaporization when finely ground by having far greater surface area.

sayword has got it, when you grind your buds it releases those sealed flavors and inner crystals letting all this to be blazed! i've been using that method for years and when i see cats breakin up bud with their fingers i always gotta tell em whats up...i gotta get me one of those space case grinders with the screen and pollen catcher, they are super expensive but super high quality..

I got meself one of that type (doubt its a real space case though...) for a fiver, so you don't have to really get the space case - just the same design...

yeah.. I got a bob marley three chamber grinder.. does the same thing.. cost 13 bucks.. was worth it though

yeah, i've had some of those cheap ones over the years and they just crap out over time...they become hard to turn and the metal just looks terrible...my good buddy had a space case, and yes their overpriced, but you usually pay for what ya get! his lasted for years and still worked perfectly and turned smooth and easy....

Increasing the Surface area of the weed increases the efficiency with which it burns, which in turn increases the % of active ingredients vaporised... and therefore sucked into your lungs.

The more active ingredient in your lungs.... the more in your Brain... and the higher your are.

breaking it up is better when you're smoking with a group of people.

a broken up bowl will last 3 times longer than a cut up bowl. for vaping, grinding is essential. if you're just taking bong rips personally, grinding is good. if you're smoking out your friends, breaking up is essential.

it also seems to taste a bit better and you get more green hits out of broken up weed. they both have their pro's and cons.
