get a cali id. Or a government id will work with some kind of cali bill or notorized rental agreement. Its not hard to get legal if you know someone with a cali address.

Theres no green rush in cali. out of staters *cough* *cough* ruined it for those who actually LIVE in california

also dr's recs and state cards ONLY work within the state. sure you might find a shady collective or two who will take ur out of state card (they're making money off you arent they?) but its not legal...If you were caught with bud in cali with an out of state card it would be useless to you. the cop does NOT have to honor it and could haul you to jail quite easily.

you have to be a patient in the state you have buds/selling buds in. period.

some bend the rules for people but in the eyes of the law you're in violation of not only the fed law (we all are) but also the STATE law.

this. get an id in cali...talk to a MMJ dr. get your card. boom. then you have a card in and out of state so you'd be covered in both. you'd need to know someone with a california address for this to work but its the only safe/smart way.
