Does anyone know if rust fungus can affect cannabis?!

I saw 1 leaf with some rusty colored brown spots and a little yellowing. I figured maybe the nutes had been used up and it was preparing for fall. However, today upon watering, (I checked her 2 days ago), I noticed that 2 more leaves have that same rusty colored brown spot and the original culprit has wilted completely and turned all rusty brown and yellow. I will take pics later on, as I am doing a foilar kelp misting this evening. Thanks to anyone that stops by or can offer any advice. I'm also checking the nute deficiency page and guide for plant probs.

This is often a sign of salt poisoning (to much fertilizer or other additives)I would flush and go with plain ph'd water for now and see how they react to it before adding anything else,or you could make it worse than it already is.Good Luck !!

I'm in organic soil, FFOF with perlite and mushroom compost and some cow manure. I've only added Aerated compost tea and molasses. My tea is bannana peels, EWC, High P bat guano, molasses. This is a purely organic grow. I checked Mg deficiency pics which are the closest of any deficiences or burns and its most definitely NOT Mg. There was a good bit of rain here for a few weeks and the soil stayed pretty moist. The plant is overall very healthy, just those 3 fan leaves, well 2 now, I pulled the one off.

Edit: kelp = seaweed, its kinda hard to burn plants in organic soil unless you transplant while its still cooking or you try to germ in it.
