Does anyone know how to use these coco coir seedling pots? any help much appreciated

Hey guys I'm new to the whole growing thing.
I got these coir pots (Photo attatched) to start off my seedlings but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with them. do I fill them with coconut coir? etc...
I also got a propogation room and a heat mat
Thanks in advance

oh man
ok fill the cup with good soil ........give it half cup water ......make a hole in it for the seed about 1/2 inch to inch deep put the seed in bulb end down pointy end up

ideally u want it some place warm with co2 in the air when it sprouts u move it under a light ........ u only have a shot time but once u get a true leaf take that whole thing and put it in a planter with more soil

if u are going to use it for hydro

then u need to start the plant like i said .......move the whole thing to the basket with the pebbles and then turn on the system (dwc ) give the plant water every 3/4 days .....u want the roots to grow down into the water ....u are only watering the top to make the roots grow down

the other hydro no clue never messed with them

ahhahahah no don't fill it with soil good god I mean WTF you have a jiffy pellet there in your hand along with the coco pot, so first soak the jiffy till it fully expands should take like 20/30 mins then place in to the coco pot make a hole at lest a 1/3 of an inch deep put your seed in and cover it up. good thing with coco pots is you plant the whole thing pot and all when you get your seeds to sprout, and I wasn't laughing at you but the bad advice you were given I mean its all there in the photo I wouldn't trust anyone who's that blind lmfao any how best of luck.
