yes officer i live at 335 maple st. donington west virginia. come on over. jk i live in the northeast and i feel like a criminal also. the completely fucked thing is, i own a pharmacy and i can give my custys xanax , oxycontin, and morphine, dilaudid, or any of that shit till they flop and die but i cant toss someone a bone to smoke. what the fuck, these laws are complete bullshit.

In states where medical marijuana is legal a patient must prove a qualifying condition, at which point a doctor signs a doctor's recommendation. Then you do the paperwork for the state. In most states, if you're a patient you're allowed to grow your own medicine, or select someone over the age of 18 to grow for you.
If you plan on moving to California to grow, it's going to be just as illegal as it is everywhere else in the US and you're going to go to jail. Unless you are a medical patient or a caretaker. And unless you know someone with a qualifying condition.. you're not going to become a caretaker either.

everyone has anxiety. everyone is in some physical pain. i heard getting a script is as easy as walking in with $150. How hard would it be to find a few people who have scripts and then become a caretaker?

Getting a prescription, at least in the Bay Area, is very easy. Claim you have depression or anxiety, pay them $90, and you're done...just like that. Growing laws vary from county to county. For example, in San Francisco, you can have 24 plants or 25 square feet of canopy per patient. But, in Santa Cruz county, you can have 99 plants or 100 square feet of canopy. I don't know anything about commercial grows though.
