Does anyone else do this with their grinder?

i use a grinder. the grinder is fine. it's the kief "catcher" that is lame. it is removing trichs, plain and simple. i always thought the main goal was the trichs. =/

I use a coffee grinder. I am pretty lazy.

it's lame. they never left home. where did they go? you knock them off so you can "catch" them and put them back on? come on. can anyone seriously argue my point? like the kief is disappearing or something.

how about you use a grinder without a kief catcher? then all your kief will be mixed in with your bud already?


why not just grind up the bud and dry screen it?

can't you pollinate the other plants, let them mold and get some dank ass weed to smoke with the moldy stuff you have been growing........Killer

Lmao. Noone seems to get it. you use the hash powder with every single bowl. You let it build up and put alot ontop of a small ball of nug. A penny saved is a penny earned. At least that's how I do it. And the coin is not getting anywhere near the bud people. It may knock a tiny bit off from the shock, but the coin is there to catch the keif that falls between the removable screen and the grinders metal. If you've ever seen a grinder with a keif used you know what I'm talkin about.

i dont get it either... i was tryting to find some cheap metal grinders without keif katcher - i failed.

i dont understand why everybody likes "keif catchers" so much.. if you want to save something of your weed ...... just save a bit of you weed.

I guess i could understand the confusion if the weed you grind didnt get you high, you probably wouldnt notice the difference, but if you collect that keif and put it on your next bowl you will notice a difference, i dont know how else to say it

if you can smoke less and get high .. smoke less. dont collect the best part of your bud..

I understand what you guys are saying, but i have used both types of grinders and i really dont notice a less of a high from weed from the keif katcher grinder...and in a week or so i have a nice pile of keif to smoke like a little bonus, i only use it because i see no diffrence from using it other than a free pile of keif.. i dont us the penny though because then i think you may aswell just screen your weed, i hope this makes sense.
