People very in tune with the Earth, oh, and countless slaves. They'd literally be worked to death -now that's motivation!
Scientists have demonstrated numerous ways the pyramids could have been built(usually actual large stones). All without modern technology. Mostly using leverage, and gears/pulleys. Some think they were poured, like concrete(http://www.geopolymer.org/category/archaeology/pyramids and even boldly claim this is absolutely the truth, but I merely think this is quite likely -who knows for sure, maybe aliens did it!). The Egyptians did invent the first battery, as far as we know. They were a fairly advanced civilization. They had fairly sophisticated understanding of anatomy(a few glaring errors, sure). But especially preservation, such as mummification, and they performed many surgeries, some we have only recently rediscovered as essentially useful.
Also, Egypt is not the sole location were Pyramids can be found, they're many places, in various countries.

yeah they can be found around the world but all of them are alligned geometrically with the earth grid i.e. logitude and latitude. stone henge when looked from a birds eye veiw has design that follow all the plantes orbits around the sun? how the fuck did these so called cave people do this?

I don't consider them cave people.... They had very clear night skies, and the night sky is very predictable. This is were we get religions, Christianity is merely an adaptation of an Egyptian story about the sky's constellations, and cycles. Nearly every religion can be traced back to astrological roots. People worshiped the heavens, the sun, the stars. Without these... we'd certainly not exist. The sun's trajectory through the sky is also very predictable. Finding out the four cardinal directions from either isn't difficult. They also tracked seasons, many structures were built specifically for the purpose of creating shadows and light to mark the seasons, and moon cycles, months, days, and so forth.
Man hasn't become any smarter in the last few thousand years, just the level of technology has 'sky rocketed'. Our understanding of the fundamental aspects of Earth hasn't really changed a lot, and in many ways we've became quite ignorant and blatantly stupid(consider the standard American diet(SAD) of GMO(genetically modified), processed, and ultimately nutritionally vacuous foods and that obesity and inactivity are soon to become the NUMBER 1 cause of death of Americans, and other '1st world' nations are facing similar problems).
You also must realize, that we are advancing rapidly. And unfortunately knowledge is being price tagged. And not everyone wants you to be knowledgeable, like religions and governments. Ignorant people are exponentially easier to control. especially people who believe without reservation, questioning, or critical thinking(this is a skill that's typically developed.. or not). You can't care about what you don't even know about. Just as it's easy to find things boring when you lack knowledge in that particular subject, but once you strive to obtain *some* knowledge, it becomes very interesting, very rapidly.

Yes, probably even intelligent life. Have they ever visited us? Unlikely. Could there be civilizations far more advanced than us? Definitely.
Yes, I believe there are UFOs, unidentified flying objects. Are they alien star crafts? Unlikely.
