Does anhone grow near the ocean ?

CO2 is mixed in the air pretty evenly so no bonus there. You will be contending with high humidity tho especially in the warmer months of the year.
You might be needing to move or invest in a seawall in the next decade or so the way everything is melting. Hope you're 100 yds up from the water too.

Surfside Beach SC .Grew here last summer and humidty was ok live 3rd floor so no sea wall building lol .
Anyone actually growing near the close to the ocean?

i grow very close to the sea not an ocean but still pretty close and the humid air is a fat bud killer thats why i dont pull fresh air but i recirculate the air in grow room where i use the biggest domestic usage dehum i could find. even then the humidity is between 42-55% in the tent. it sucks.

I'm about half a mile from the Pacific down here in SD, so not super close. The humidity is slightly higher than my last place, which was about 8 miles inland.
Had a friend who, ten or fifteen years ago, lived right on the cliff in North SD. There was a big crawl space under the house that he had to dig out and convert using plywood and insulation panels. He had some issues, but I can't remember specifics. He had a spare bedroom, but this was pre-legalization and he had a nosy landlord. The bonus about using the crawl space was that there was a secret entrance in the master closet - a hidden door maybe 3 feet tall, no handle, which he simply slid his laundry hamper in front of.
