does a red hair mean pollinated bud?

hello everyone. i read on here, only ONCE, that a red hair is a sign that a bud has been pollinated, and will produce a seed. i noticed on a few of my plants, there is a red hair, but the rest of the buds are pure white. They are outside and just started flowering a few weeks ago. It is possible they have been polinated. Is this a true sign or phoney balogna?

Yes hairs turn red when pollinated.

No it doesn't mean that they are pollinated. They also turn red with age.

If you noticed it a few weeks ago and haven't noticed any seeds you are probably good.
