Yes worry.
Looks to like you got a few issues....
A bad case of powdery mildew being 1 :(

Use search and you'll find a few threads on here for cure's
And I would definately look at your Ph.
Tidy up lol..... remove all those dead leaves off the plant, and the ones laying around. They really ain't helping your issues.
Whats your Temp and Humidity ?
I would say Ph is out, resulting in nute lock out. By the looks of your plants they are very over fed... Looks like HI nitrogen..... powdery mildew love this.

Advice:
Clean up.
Test Ph.
Flush plants with 3x the vol of pots ...ph'd fresh water.
Allow medium to dry up a bit before starting a 5 days weak nute feed.
(This should help correct over feed and also ph)

Sounds fecked up I know but mix up 1 part skimmed milk with 9 parts water and spray your plants to feck (lights well away from plants)
2 days later respray but with just water to given them a wash. Seriously sounds wierd but it really does help with bad cases of powdery mildew.
Do NOT turn your fans OFF in the night period.

Causes of PM.....
Dampness or high humidity ........ INCREASE VENTILATION
Crowded plantings.......... Train and trim more..... or stop overcrowding.
Poor air circulation .......... Increase ventilation...... use an oscillating fan inside your growroom to move the air about.
Good luck

tested the run off and results are as follows, plant 1 - ph = 6.0 - 6.5, plant 2 = 6.5 - 7.0, plant 3 = 6.5, and plant 4 = 6.0 - 6.5, this test was done the day after feeding with tap water and no feed, and after spraying with some mildew treatment, would this effect the test results?, i do have 1 oscillating fan on the floor of the grow room, i have been feeding 500ml a day feed, i was using some fungul spray which seemed like it was keeping the mildew under control, but had to change to another product, and i have got a 3rd product to try now, not sure on temp, will have to check it when light has been on for a while, i probably should get a humidity testing thingy as well, lol, we have cleand up the room and pulled all dead leaves off, also fed with tap water again yesterday. tested the ph for water and feed the results are - water= 7.0 - 7.5, feed was 6.5 - 7.0, should i get another oscillating fan and should the one ive got be on the floor or elevated??

Hi. Just thought I would add my 2 cents.
I checked out the link to that PMT and it seems to me that's more of a preventive measure. The way I understand it is to kill the PM you use something with a high pH. Mildew like plants need proper pH to grow. If you spray the leaf surface you can kill it with out harming the plant. I use a sulfur burner now but have used green cure in the past. I know people who swear by the milk treatment but I haven't tried it.

The more air you have moving around in there the better. Do this after treating it or all you will do is move the spores around. But this will lower the humidity making it more difficult for it to grow. raise you night temps too. Its probably cooler at night. google hygrometer. Get one of those, it will tell you temps, highs and lows and humidity highs and lows. They go for like $20

another solution is to add pH up to a spray bottle to up the pH above 8, and spray. Its basically the same principle as the milk. I spray with my lights just turning on or right before. In veg where I run 24/0 i pull the out from under the light spray it a lot, to soaking, shake it to remove excess, and then let it dry and spray one more time, shake it let it dry and then put back under lights. Making sure that it gets full coverage from the light.
