Ive heard horrible reviews on black powder and dont know much of it. I used to take NO xplode..it got the job done for the first 2 or 3 weeks then it just started to fade..The taste of the fruit punch if fucking amazing..no joke its like a carbonated fruit punch..even when it did nothing for me i still drank it cause it tasted so good.. But now i dont take any pre workout drinks..i feel they are a waste. They pump you up for your workout and thats it..no benifits after..Now i just take a super B complex vitamin, and that gives me the energy i need..For protien i take muscle milk in the morining (casien protien is a slow release protien that will go thorought your body the whole day.. then after my workout and before i go to bed ill take Optnuim nutritions 100% whey protien..i feel that is the best protein on the market..Do not take creatien if your not trying to bulk up..very stupid

if its for energy to get hype use n.o. explode or super pump. for protien get 100% gold whey chokolate.

Eat Nuts, Tunafish, Spaghetti, Chicken & Lamb, Peanut Butter, Milc & some cottage cheese .......

You'll get huge......

Yep a good diet is great but for the laggy days NO-Xplode by BSN gets the job done...shit i should start working out again now that i been cleared by my doc for the last couple months :twisted: Muscle milk and EAS proteins can be used as meal supplements to help cut faster along with cutting down sugars,fats and breads...lean out rather quickly :blsmoke:and u know our fav plant raises ur metabolism
