Do you use a Mycorrhizae treatment in coco

I was confused as to whether this was necessary due to coco being technically a hydro medium.

i do not, i find it much easier to keep my hempy buckets sterile with a light pool shock solution, 2 grams in a gallon of water, 250 ml of that per 5 gallon bucket of nutes.
i do use mycos in my vegetable garden, think it's 100% worth it.

the best time to apply it is when you're transplanting to a bigger pot. dust it directly onto the exposed roots, before you cover them up.
that gives them maximum contact, and it can get started working right away and expand outward

i bought myco and on the package they have instructions for hydro sooo.....

Necessary? No, but I use Great White during transplants.

I use a local brand similar to Dynomyco. Mostly to fight off pathogens.

Mycorrhizae may actually slow a sprout in the beginning. I usually water in some mycos with my first feeding.

why do you water it if you beleve it slows it?

You know, it may only slow it down before the first few days. Then it's ok to add.

Mycorrhizae and rhizobacteria both thrive in coco.

soo when plant doesnt have roots it will slow it but when it has roots it will do what it is designed to do become a parasite to the root and accidentally give plant their own shit that plant will love to have because its processed food ?

Not needed. People use it and swear by it and people don't use it and get the same results. I've never used it in coco and never will. Seems like a waste of money to pay for a product that isn't needed.

It's impossible to say people get the same results with and without mycos unless you are comparing two clones.

Mycorrhizae is a symbiant to plants.
In it's early development it draws energy from the plant.
When it's hyphae has grown, it's needs are overshadowed by what it brings to the plant.
I just give sprouts a few days to get strong before plugging in the Mycos.
