I have been sending my seeds to friends house but I would wayyyyy rather send them to my house. Is it safe to send seed orders to the location where you grow? Let me know what you think.

I am a legal patient in Michigan so I send them to my address all the time. I did before I was legal as well. The customs center has way too many thigns to worry about that a little package coming thru the mail. We are small fish considered to terrorists and shit.

Yeah I am probably paranoid but I have read a story where one guy ordered seeds and in transit the package ripped and the postal worker called the police after seeing what it was and the guy was searched and arrested for growing.

I highly dought that's what happened man. The shipping package that its sent in should just rip open if that was true then alot of the regular mail should get riped open to cuz of transit. The worker was proibly a nark and had a feeling that the package had seeds in it or knew the person and had some thing agains hin or her and riped it open

yea but was it send in an small package? I've ordered computer parts and out of the 10 or so things that I've gotten 0 of them have been ripped open there's times that they aren't always careful when it comes to bigger packages why do you think some people order things that aren't that brakeable like glass but some times their item is damaged?

Hey Toolage, out of all the packages that come into the country do you think the severly under staffed customs has time to open every package that they think is a DVD cas in the hopes of catching the copuple small seed orders that may be in them out of the million packages they have to scan through? Not to mention that the feds use the same internet we use and Attitude and other banks openly list there shipping options. I get my seeds in an envelope. Now that I have posted that do you think every inbound letter will be opened today? He is not the reason we get our seeds seized. Settle down bro.

well we all know that its shipped in one but he disclosed what they put them in. The way they package the seeds should never be disclosed on what they come in inside an envelope. A person on here did that got told never to disclose the way its packaged ever again

You are not wrong dude!! But it is a waste of time to get pissed at him when anyone can go on a seedbank site (including the fuzz) and see the stealth shipping options which in my opinion is not stealth at all. The bank I do most of my orders from sends the seeds in an envelope with nothing else and it looks just like the birthday card my grandmother sends me just like the million or so other ones with it. What is not stealth about that? Oh shit I just told the feds about the packaging my seeds come in. I will say it again, AN ENVELOPE!!!!!!!!!!!

The answer to your question yes its usaly safe to send them to your place where you grow. Some people are to scared to. If your friend says its ok and you know that he won't rat you out keep doing so. If your scared that your friend might then send it to your place. I still get my mail sent to my mom's place cuz I don't trust the people around my area since there's been people going around taking things out of people's mail box and I visit her at least once a week after work

oh unless you have a friend that grows and harvests seeds you could see if he could spare you some or if you find some bagseeds go that way. I would go that way but I don't buy the kind that have seeds in it and I don't trust any one I know in person. I could easly get clones. I have trust problums when it comes to plants/clones/seeds so I perfer to order my own and grow it and do some seed harvests to have my own stock when ever I want to replance he mom's and dads that I use with fresh plants.
