it was doing really good until i hit it with a log last week stacking firewood. friggin' hurt. it made me cry and now it's swollen and bruised. :cuss:
nngnnngggngngngnowwwwwWWWW!!!!

I know the feeling. I have a femur that isn't quite right since about Oct. 1983...I kind of made my car fall over when I was drunk and silly...at about 110mph...and got thrown out, but hooked up on the door before the car rolled over me and THEN spat me out...I was a little fucked up for a bit...:oops:

If I jar my knee or bend my leg the wrong way, my knee puffs up and the break point on my femur can hurt for a while...I had osteomyelytis (Golden Staph)...one of those multi-antibiotic resistant staphlycoccus infections...that evolved inside hospitals.

...I spent around four months in hospital and two years on crutches. I had the osteomyelitis for three years (up until they removed the K-Nail from my femur).

I also had a ruptured stomach and liver, a collapsed lung, a broken collar bone, a smashed up face, multiple cuts and shit on both legs (besides the compound fracture to my left femur - my foot was next to my ear - but the top of my leg was still pointing away from my body)...and where the femur broke through the skin and tore my leg open, well, if it had torn half an inch lower, it would have ripped my femural arterey open and I would have bled out before my friends found me...15 minutes or so...

...fun times :neutral::mrgreen:

When they flew me to the hospital, the doctors said to my parents not to expect me to be alive when the plane landed...

...hehehe...but the nurse at the country hospital said that I would live...because she'd never heard anyone swear for as long and as loud as I did after a smash like that...

...I remember nothing except lying on the ground telling my friend, "fuck bungy, this hurts!" as he tried to straighten my leg...and the sound of the plane taking off...

...got me some pretty cool bar bet winning scars though!;-)

I ride a pocket bike cause i like to pretend im rollin with the big boys!

=)
We had a little 110 4 speed pocket rocket that we used to get around the block (it was 1800 acres). It looked like a little MX bike, but was based on what we call in Australia a 'Postie' bike. Australian postmen generally, in the suburbs, deliver mail on a little red 110cc 4 speed step through motorbike. max speed is about 75kmh (40mph?).

It was fun, but I ended up having to loktite the rear sprocket 'cause the allen keys would loosen and the sprocket would jam and lock up the back wheel.
I love cheap chinese construction!!!! It's like involuntary extreme risk sports whenever you ride! :-P

Im into alot of the "extreme sports" so here is what I ride.

Giant stp urban mountain bike, skis, skateboard, wakeboard, snowboard sometimes, snowmobile (although mine aint that good needs alot of work), my family used to have a jetski but they sold that awhile back.

My cousins had a tiny little bike when I was a kid... I don't even think it would have been 50cc... can you get smaller?? Anyway, the first time I rode it I fell off in a dry creek bed. I refused to ride it back to the house, so spent about half an hour trying to push it up the bank. I've never had any inclination to ride motorbikes since.

I used to have a pretty cool mountain bike and would cruise around town on it. I had a few mishaps on it too, but it didn't phase me. I could get from one side of town to the other quicker than someone in a car... I raced my brother one day. I won.

I also used to ride horses... I was just saying the other day that we'll have to go and rent a couple one day... Gryph would probably prefer a motor between his legs though.

I rode a camel once... and a sheep... and a cow... and this really big dog my uncle and aunt used to have...

When I was younger I was a pretty good roller skater......

I rode the Tower of Terror at Dreamworld (what a rush... if you could do that all day long you wouldn't need any drugs)... and the Lethal Weapon at Movie World... and just about all the other rides on the Gold Coast.

Ummm..... I think that's about it.

sometimes u are goin to fall, thats when u feel so alive because the pain shows how alive you really are.
