My aunt had lung cancer. They gave her intensive chemotherapy. It stopped the cancer. It also killed her, not three months after she finished it. She suffered. Truly.
What really gets me is that she was going to die anyway. Lung cancer is more of a killer than many other cancers. She could have avoided much suffering, if only she had tried one or two of the more promising alternative therapies out there, instead of going the conventional route. And she might have even lived for a few more years, without so much suffering.
Don't misunderstand. I'm not saying that this hemp oil is any good. But I know that there has to be a better way than cutting and poisoning. It's arrogant to dismiss every alternative therapy as snake oil, just because it may not make much sense to you at first glance. Sure, most of what is out there...well, most of what I have researched, of what is out there...doesn't seem to be worthwhile. But there are a few, very interesting alternative approaches that do seem to be helping folks, and there is actually a bit of seemingly sound scientific theory to back these treatments (usually diet-based) up.
I know this: if chemotherapy didn't exist, and someone invented it and started 'marketing' it as an alternative treatment for cancer, then most of you who are so quick to dismiss this hemp oil as useless would do the same with chemotherapy.
The point I'm trying to make is that this attitude can cause you to be blind to some treatments that may be effective. (I'm no fan of chemo, but it has helped some people).
Peace.
