Do you name your plants?

For the larger growers, I can imagine you might not have the inclination of naming your plants. But I have seen many thread in which growers will name their gals (I have not seen the males named). So do you name your plants? And if so, what are some of the names you have used in the past and/or are using presently.

I started 2 #18 seeds (fem) and as they came up, one of them grew 3 tops out of the blue. So I named her Goofy. She is in 12/12 along with her sister #18. Every day I say "Goofy your so gorgeous.

i usually just number them, but this year i named one. when i germed my seeds it's the only one that didn't pop in the paper towel, so i named it no sprout and planted it anyway. it came up a few days after the rest but is way behind. in my logs i refer to it by name instead of something like #3. i would imagine naming the plants would improve the "relationship" between a grower and his weeds. any time you personify something you end up treating it better.

Tony Soprano .... as in Waste Management would be a good name for Males that are not treated special, or kept around as a Stud.

I have a "Black" clone, not too clear which black... could be "Black", "The Black", Black Dominion, Black Dominatrix, Blackberry, Black Bubbleplex etc... So I call her "Llorona Negro". That's my Girl singing in the video :mrgreen:

toping is over rated ???? since i was told of the FIM techneque ....use fingernails ...thumnail and pinch off 18 inch from node start point and you wil have at least 5 or more shoots come out ...pluss ya plant wont stunt at all,like when ya top it...it lets in air so goes in to a shock period if ya fem its just leaf ya pinch and ya leave the top of node to grow in to a crazy 5 pluss top

My pots say "Lowe's" on them. Maybe "Lowe's Ryder". Nah.

I hope I give them good names if any because if I call them asshole and bitch then I know things are not going very well.
