Is England and/or Canada a safer option than ordering from Holland?

im from england, and id say england/holland, would be safe as each other.
try greenhouse seeds, they pack the seeds in a souvenir, pack.

I placed an order with a seedhouse in England, got my seeds 10 days later. Not too bad I'd say.

I've tried both Canada and England and I like England a lot better. No reason to screw with those sites where you send cash and hope they arrive, waiting days for an answer to your email. You'd be surprised how fast a letter sent regular mail can get to England also.

I live in Canada and I'm more comfortable ordering from England.
