40 seems a bit harsh, but your choice obviously i cant feel your hair so its hard ot explain over the internet, trying looking for the powder thats called blue, and clairol bleach you mean like the shit in the box? or..

i use demi perm. ive used a lot of stuff, ive had a full head of golden highlights but no more. i am very simple now. i could proably helpa little, depends what you're tryign to avhieve. lofl, i am really high, i don' know why i bother. i am better at playnig dj

no it was a blue powder you mix with the developer and voila, you have bleach. i use such a harsh developer so it actually gets rid of the pink, which, it didnt
