I give homeless people supplies monthly, including first aid kits, food, water, socks, toothpaste/toothbrush, backpack, and any misc. goods I see fit.

While simultaneously fighting for their rights in my local town meetings and state conventions

The facts for anything are on the fucking internet, and most people have affordable, if not free internet access. If these people wanted to know something, its literally at their finger tips. I have learned much of my trade skills from fucking dvds. first one I bought on ebay for 45 bucks almost 20 years ago when ebay wasn't even cool yet.

its easy to bitch, but give me these people's daily schedules for the course of 3 months, and lets see how often they are actually trying to better themselves compared to how often they are just going through the motions, or not doing shit at all.

If they got their wealth thru cronyism you might consider rethinking your allegiance to the institution that allows cronyism.

If they got their wealth thru voluntary customer interactions and providing service, would you make people transact on an involuntary basis ?
