most americans feel lucky just to hypothetically own one house, but here you are with two hypothetical houses, and a hypothetical business!

also, i could pass the actuarial exam tomorrow and start off at $60k, but i kinda like my free time and the current job pays the (not hypothetical) mortgage just fine.
