Do Vegetative plants have a strong smell?

Just wondering if vegetative plants have a strong smell like I'm sure the flowering plants do? Or is that strong weed smell just from after they start flowering?

Depends how many plants you have going and their size. They generally smell less potent than flowering though, just to varying degrees.

yes depends on strain and some say female smells stronger then male

in my sig is my journal... the 6 sativas that are in flower hardly smell at all and they never smelt in veg either.... on the other hand every plant i have in veg currently is super stanky. even the stems after taking clones my fingers are super sticky and stink real good.

strains i'm growing are BigBud and Bangi Haze

depends on how many .. i know when i have forty in veg u can smell them but not the forty in flower cause i have a carbon scrubber in wit them

i know that when i just touch my mk ultra's in veg right now i just love to smell my hands after.. the lovely stank of the dank.. my last grow was also stinky in veg, but nowhere near as much as in flower though...
i agree that it all depends on the strain, but alot of times a plant can have a lovely odor just being in vegetive growth..
