Do triches grow underneath the leaves during vegatative growth?

Just looking around with microscopes. Never noticed before but i see cloudy triches underneath the leaves. I look around on all the leaves no signs of movements or bugs. Any ideas? maybe someone wants to go look at their plants and see if they got some triches growing for me just to give me a piece of mind.

pics would be helpfull from my experience the answer would be no. rub with fingers if its trich's it wil be like oil/wax i would say smell it but wouldnt want you to get a big whiff of pm.

they can grow underneath leaves but mine show in flower.

also if it helps the plants are pretty big. couple months old in veg. preflowers etc..

I know what you're talking about and I've experienced it on every plant I've grown as early as seedling. I looked everywhere for bugs too thinking they were little eggs, but seems they're just part of the plant. And yeah, they look like cloudy trichs but without the stalk. Not sure exactly what they are, but I they seem the be part of the plant

In veg growth, I am almost certain that what u are seeing are not trichomes, but rather a protective growth that is there to help guard against pests, diseases, and UV wavelengths, which can all do harm to the plant... The only time a true essential-oil-producing, and/or containing trichome is present comes after the plant has begun its flowering stage... At least in my experiences and dealings with it... The only time a plant in the vegatative phase has any essential-oil-producing or containing parts, is when it begins to put on it's female preflowers which is just a calyx and a single set of stigmas...
