I always flush my plants when they transition from veg to flower. Usually a week before I transplant into their 5 gallon flowering pots. You don't need a 24 hour dark period to induce flowering, just change the cycle to 12/12 and watch it blossom.

they started in 3 gallon pots as seedlings, and are still in them.. would it be bad if i kept them in 3 gallon until the end??

also.. the lights shut off at midnight so that means i would have to turn them on at noon?? they normaly come on at 6.. i would prefer them to still come on at 6 and shut of at 6pm

Just make sure when you switch them, during the dark cycle they need total blackness! No light at all, I'm talking black out! Light can cause all kinds of issues. Herms, fluffy bud..etc..good luck..not a good idea to share pots either. Lets say your sharing apot with a male and female, note you have pollen issues. If you have a male female pot you will need to pull the male, now you have root issues. The roots have already intertwined so that could kill your plant do to severe root damage. At minimum it will cause major stress, now your looking at a hermmie.

I like to run my lights opposite of the sun, when its hot outside my plants are sleep 67...at night they have the lights on..77... 8pm to 8am

I keep mine at about 50% always..veg and flower, I'm not real big on humidity. I believe and have seen evidence that the lower the humidity 50% the buds create more resin, the plant is trying to keep itself most. I have amazing results doing this...

Also, high humidity is a breeding grown for mold! I have yet to get mold, and my plants are super sticky and resin filled. I believe its due to the low humidity!

Yea they are in 3 gallon smart pots rite now ..

I herd frm a lot of ppl that higher humidity during veg is better/healthier for the plants... Grow better and faster..

Low humidity in flowering stage is important

Mine goes between 42 and 52% I don't like it to get much higher. This is what I came up with a while back and why I keep the humidity low..cannabis plants are burnt easily by heat and light. I read that the reason they produce resin to to catch pollen. When pollen isn't present and the plant is to late into its cycle it will no longer accept pollen. So it then starts to produce resin as a means to keep its flowers moist and reflect the sun light. So I thought hmmmmm humidity keeps leaves most so that would deminish the plant from needing to produce resin. So I did a test, I cut the humidity to 50% for an entire grow! after the bud was dryed and cured I took it out and I could stick it the wall..its insane!!! Hope that explains my theory on that
