Do they look ok for 4 weeks flowering?

Do they look ok for the end of 4th week flowering (3 cfl and 1 250 hps)? Also, could someone appreciate yield for my girls? I have three plants, two of them have 95 cm in height, one has 90. Was thinking about harvesting at the end of January, in about a month...

Thanks a lot for the reply. Actually I have read a lot, I had to, this is my first grow ever. They say white widow and durban poison (what I have) take 8 weeks flowering. I was hoping they will be ready by the end of January because, to be honest, I can not wait anymore, Im dying to dry them and have a smoke. Weed here is very expensive, 22 dollars per 1 gr, most of times you cant find buds in it, only leaves and 1 gr its actually 0.8 so I really dont want to buy anymore.
Also a lot of other things depend on these babies so they have to be healthy and happy. If they are happy, so am I

Keep watching the trichomes as harvest comes along so you can harvest at peak. What the seedbank recommends is really just a guideline.
If you're used to smoking leaves etc. a nice ripe bud will be a hell of a treat! Happy Growing!
