Do they have time to finish

Ok so heres what ive got, one is about a Foot an a half tall with no top the buds are real light and fluffy with trichs everywhere it wasnt topped the leaves are all green, my other one is a bit taller the buds are a bit denser than the other more of them too it has been topped the tips of the leaves look like its goin into the last cycle hairs are turnin red. I am just wonderin if there is enough time in the season for my ladies to finish.
