do these seeds look like their sprouting bad?

i know its probobly hard to tell from the pics, but does this look bad? the first 2 here i placed in the rockwool friday afternoon, and still havent hit the top, i can see however 2 little hints of green down there, as for the next one, i had planted in rw saturday morning, and im not sure if thats a tap root or the plant coming out. the last one i had put in there saturday evening, and the seed didnt get placed upside down and im scared to move it, lol any thoughts?

Pull them out and replant them within the next day or so. They look fine.

Leave them be, A seedling will find a way to the light.

Thanks for the input still kinda worried about the first 2 I planted I had them in this at first https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/522243-does-look-like-its-alright.html. But I did drain the water and leave them damp under a dome.
