Do these look well

Sour Zkittles autos 16days from being planted I think I over watered them a few days ago do they look on the mend they are planted in terra professional and under 600w hps as you can see I also started lst about 4 days ago and I think they are reacting well to it theve got so bushy the last couple of days at what point do people defoliate obv I’m not thinking about doing it any time soon but just want a rough idea of when it will be best to be done for there recovery

They look great. Theres no need to take any leaves off. The leaf shade on the lower branches with cause them to elongate to catch-up with the top growing point. I always clip the branches on either side coming from the very lowest node. Those branches never seem to do much.
