no problem at all i just read something about no light in the first 24-48 hours promotes bigger root growth and makes the plant produce more cloraphyl because its trying to get all the light out of the dark if that makes scense but i dont know if there is any truth to this and i do not do this with my plants infact i give them 24/7 light for the fist little bit

well, these little babies are in the dark 6-8 hours a day, b/c i have to hide them from my parents, lmao. I run them under the lights from about 2:30 PM to 6:00 AM. So, that's like 17 hours of light per day. The rest of the time they are in the dark, hidden. Can't wait to move them outside.

One of the plants. I'm pretty sure one of them's fucked, b/c the stem broke. I have 4 more seeds germing though. This ones a beauty.

Look's good, getting caught by your parents might be worse than getting caught by the law. i guess that depends on your parents, mine would of kicked my ass up and down the street.

To keep them from leaning in one direction go in once in awhile and rotate the cup the other direction from the way its leaning to. That way it will automatically adjust itself to lean the other way. This also helps strengthen the stem.

For one it looks like you didn't put enough soil in them cups.
They stretched thin like crazy to get some light due to the fact they were low in the cup hence no support that's why they are leaning.
I would add a little more soil to get them supported then do what BakedBlake sugested and get them into sunlight. They look pale.
Don't over water them.

God I love this forum. You guys are the best. @Mim, my parents would call the cops, but my mom doesnt really mind me smoking too much. @nathan, thanks bro! @deon, the problem you're talking about has been fixed :)/ Smoke up guys! One Love!

next time read the whole thread and check out the pics as well, and dont hate on the lad, he is off to a good fuckin start now since some of you kind folks knew better than to ridicule and you actually helped him get some shit done nice and productive like, good job man, keep them fuckers under that light, 17 hrs a day is fine bro, prolly better than full light since you will be putting them outside soon anyways. the newly posted pics look real good too, covered them stems up nice and proper like... keep it up and dont tell a fuckin soul and you'll reap the fruits of your labor come autumn..... peace

he is gunna put them outside, this site really does suck balls
Excellent point, drives me crazy too. Seems like people don't want to read the posts and contribute to the advice of others. They would rather make fun or repeat what others have already said. If the obvious has already been stated and you cant' add useful information then don't post.
