Do these buds look normal?

These buds look like they’ve got a lot of pistil growth on them for 7 weeks of 12/12. Could my light intensity be to much? It’s an hlg 350r, and the first time I’ve used it. I started the flowering with a cmh 315, and purchased (started using) the led three days ago. It’s a pure power plant. It’s in happy frog, and top dressed with happy frog fruit and flower 4-9-3. Thanks.

Looks fine. Keep in mind you're flowering what appears to be a Sativa dominant strain. The flowering on Sativa can be up to 3-4 weeks longer than an indica. Nothing to worry about!

She's definitely showing her Sativa side. Looks fine, I personally wouldn't worry. I've grown some LONG flowering sativas that would throw so many pistils, you could fill sandwich baggies with what fell off the buds.
Just keep letting her go. Hopefully when it's chop time, you'll have a nice tasty smoke. Let it run its course, it can be frustrating waiting. I love a good Sativa that's been taken to maturity. My friend just had an 18 week runner that has some real tasty lemon/lime with a hint of cream soda on the exhale.

So you don’t think the light is to intense? Should I leave it on the full setting?
