Do Skunk duffle bags work?

If you understand how time, temperature, and contamination all work to create a scent cone, you can mask the smell of anything from a dog long enough to avoid a detection.
Regardless, the skunkguard bags simply use activated charcoal, which will be sufficient to mask the aroma from humans in small quantities for awhile, however, over time some dank funky weed will eventually permeate the bag, or contaminate the outside resulting in some funky smell detectable. So if you're thinking about using them for your personal stash for travel, they'll probably be sufficient, but if you're thinking of using them for large scale distribution, they're a one way ticket to a concrete and steel state sponsored vacation resort.
Hey thanks for the response. Well I have all my licenses up to date and I’m operating within ca so I’m not worried about any legal trouble. But if it would eventually permeate through the bag I don’t think there worth the $200 price tag. Do you have any other recommendations? It’s seems like you know a better way.

I would just advise that stoners understand and focus on the 3 major factors that contribute to odor:
1. Time
2. Temperature
3. Cross contamination
Time - The more time you keep your weed in ANY given container, the more time you are giving a scent cone to form around your container.
Temperature - As temperature increases, so does the rate of growth of a scent cone.
Cross contamination - Never touch anything after touching your weed without washing your hands, or you WILL contaminate it and leave a potential scent marker on whatever it is you touched.
If you want to package some weed for travel, just remember to minimize the time the weed's in the package to help limit the growth of a scent cone. Pack all your other shit first, package your weed LAST, and if you're on a long road trip, take the time to re-package your weed throughout the trip to limit scent growth.
CHILL your weed before packaging, and package it with ice packs in an insulated container to keep the temps down. COOLER temps DECREASE the development of scent cones, so keep that shit COLD.
Use a mix of 17ml household bleach to 1 qt of water as a spray to decontaminate the surface of EVERY piece of packaging, use gloves to handle your weed, and don't touch anything after touching your weed until you've cleaned your hands.
Activated carbon can be purchased from pet stores in the aquarium / fish section, which can be used to completely surround your package and reduce scent cone development, and the shit's reusable. Great for prepping packages for road trips to the beach / concert / whatever.
Scent cones develop over time, and the more you understand the process, the greater your chances of limiting them to the point that you'll be able to safely travel without leaving a huge wake of funk for the dogs, or other stoners, to pick up on.

If you surround anything with enough activated charcoal, you will greatly reduce the growth of any scent cone. However, you want a consistent and even layer of charcoal all around your product, so you have to be more deliberate with your construction than just dumping some in a duffle bag.

They sell airlocks for 5 gal buckets if you want to transport a good amount. If you're feeling extra sketchy vacuum bag the weed, and layer with carbon in the bucket before putting on the seal. Throw the whole thing in a duffel bag. Put an ona gel thing in the bag with it.

i would say that has a great chance to get through as long as there was no cross contamination as discussed above.
I would say the odds are in favor of a successful delivery.
When it comes to packaging and shipping, most shit gets intercepted due to either:
A. Shitty packing resulting in the contents spilling / leaking / reaking and being detected by the workers
B. Random dog screenings / X-ray
C. Somebody narcs
If you pack your shit right, you won't have to worry about "A", if you keep your business to yourself, you shouldn't have to worry about "C", so that leaves you at the mercy of "B", which is completely random and rather rare.
You think usps is the best carrier? and it’s better for people to overnight it? I know you said time is important but I heard b is more likely to happen when it gets on a plane. Oh HELL no, son. That's a FEDERAL organization, which means federal time. You want to use a private shipping firm, like UPS, FEDEX, DHL or whatever.

Just remember two things: First, it's all about probability. They can't search every package that gets mailed daily, so they select and screen random samples throughout the year, which nets them a certain percentage of contraband, but nowhere near all the contraband shit that gets mailed on a daily basis. Increase the probability that your package can pass a cursory scent inspection, and you decrease the probability that it will be intercepted.
Second, you can manage risk to lower the probability of detection / interception, however, you can never ELIMINATE the risk completely. The old saying "don't do the crime if you can't do the time" still holds true, my friend, because even if you do everything "right", you can still get nicked because shit happens.

For travel I would recommend the vacuum sealer bags at Walmart. The proper use of gloves and cleanliness listed above is also a must. I double bag everything.
