i think in the future history books, America will be the society that locked up all its people. we have more people in prison than communist china, even though they have a much higher population. and to top it all off, it doesnt even work!

China don't put people in jail they just kill them.
Yea maybe we should open all the jails let every body out. When one of them rapes your wife,kids or maybe you, you could invite him in for a bowl and a beer.
