OMG, he was laughing because the guy to his left works for the Goverment, and the comedian was telling how because he worked for the goverment he was lazy and he must watch all folks work while he supervised.....you need to watch it when your NOT stoned, if you did this then you must be a little on the slow side....LOL I am just joking as I don't like to call names, but it was not that DIFFICULT to get.. maybe you need new speakers...lol.... I was twisted watching it, I think I pissed myself...LMAO

lol, the dudes laugh is funny, and it's funny how the guy works for the gov't, but none of it is hilarious. I've got a bellyfull of brownies and none of it was that funny.
