Do my seedlings appear to be healthy?

Hi, I am currently on day 4 of my very first grow in my closet. I have been watering my seedlings with a very small amount of water a couple times per day when the soil appears to be dried, and I am using miracle grow soil along with a fluorescent light and a CFL light. One of my seedlings has a yellowish/greenish/brownish stem with bright green leaves and is curving upwards. Another one of them has a small yellow thing still on one leaf but appears to have a greener stem than the taller brother/sister. I've included images so you can see for yourself and determine whether my seedlings are healthy or not, along with any tips or advice you'd like to give me, since this is my first time growing.

also would stop watering couple times a day. if the stem stays damp at the soil line your susceptible to dampening off. when you water soak the soil until you get runoff (20% runoff in coco) it may take a week and a half before you water again depending on the pot size but the top 1/2 inch will dry in a few days but don't worry your tap root will be a couple inches deep by then and developing rootlets and hairs. like haloman said drop your light

forgot to mention as the pot dries the roots will expand chasing the moisture. if the soil stays damp your also in danger of root rot and perma damp soil is a fungus gnats wet dream
