Ok does it look like anything should be defoilated. It's a little over 5 weeks from germinated seedthose leaves are still producing photosynthesis I can guarantee it 100%
Ok I did remove one lower fan leaf that was really damaged ..other than that havnt removed anything. Right on bro thanksbra i would not defoliate this plant you dont really have that much fan leaves too start with. and those leaves are like solar panels they are producing photosynthesis.
honestly i believe defoliation of fan leaves is for the pro's who know what theyre doing and dont make mistakes. my last grow i messed up big time and the only thing that got me through was the nutrients stored in the fan leaves. when your plant doesnt need them anymore it will kill them off. i believe new growers should leave fan leaves on but too each theyre own.I'd defoliate the damaged leaves that are shading new growth.
TCH i respect your judgment do you think he should defoliate fan leaves from his plant or leave them on?What's all over it?
I see absolutely no reason to remove any of those leaves. The only time I remove leaves is topping, if they are almost completely yellow, or of I am lollipopping in a tent for better airflow or light penetration. Outdoors, let mother nature do what she does.TCH i respect your judgment do you think he should defoliate fan leaves from his plant or leave them on?
thank you i knew there was a reason that i respected your judgment because you are on point! i cant tell you enough how much i love your answer.I see absolutely no reason to remove any of those leaves. Take it with a grain of salt. I'm still very new to the game. Lol. That said, I like to think that I have mostly moved past the "I need to make this way harder than it is" stage. And fidgeting with the plants and trying to figure out which perfectly healthy leaves to cut off a plant for no reason were right at the top of that stage.thank you i knew there was a reason that i respected your judgment because you are on point! i cant tell you enough how much i love your answer.
