Do I need to worry?

Feminised Chocobang half way through until
Harvest. Should I worry about this vertical
Stem split? If so, would duct tape be the remedy?

It looks healed already, you may have squished her and not noticed. If it does start to sag open I would tie it with electrical tape.

Thank you I’ve used some green gardening wire, wrapped around the broken stem.
