Do I get rid of my 600 for a 1000 ?

OK so I made a big mistake for veggin my plants too long.Now they are about 3ft tall and not doing as well as they could.My thing is that I dont think my 600 is enough for 6 plants that are that big.... I have a really nice light set up and have a couple people willing to trade me their older 1000's for my 600...SO what do you guys think I should do ?

I wouldn't trade, simply because...why would someone trade something better for yours. The 600watt is a little under watts. However I am growing 9 with a 1,000

Get another 600. More lumens per watt and more concentrated light over a wider area.

I wish I could afford another 600 but i just cant.I dont want to lose out on this grow cause of my screw up but I also really like my 600 and would rather do a small indica grow next month when these are finished.Another problem is that my supposed indica clones ended up being blue dream which is more sativa and they got big quick now im struggling to make them flower well

im growing 12 with 1 x HPS and its working FINE

600w HPS are the most efficient lights you cant buy, dont trade, just make sure you have a good reflector, your enviroment is good and that you have your plants LST or in a good position under the light , my canopy is even and i get good yield and good results in a 3x3 area

Your best bet is to get another 600 but getting a 1000 watter would give more penetration. Might just have to live and learn and just not veg as long next time. A 600 is fine but you may want to cut off some of the lower foliage not getting adequate light is all.

Stop tryin to make him spend more money... if u veg a plant that long u need to learn to trim.. trim that shit down and use ur 600

Thanks guys .... Lesson surely learned.I really like my 600 but being this is my first indoor grow iI had no idea i wasn't suppose to veg them that big but I know now LOL this sucks,My yield is gonna be a far cry from what I wanted which was around an Oz a plant,Im not going to be doing blue dream anymore either its not up to the hype that was built around it by some of the locals around here> My outdoor Afgahni looked way better at the same point in flowering...
