Not a correlations really. Some root faster than others, especially sativa's love water culture. There's to many factors to give a straight answer. To try to give and example and explain the problem with the question is that you could have a crazy fast rooting clone that roots faster than everything else but still turns out to be hermie.
You look for a mom with desired traits, it doesn't matter if a clone take 7 or 11 days to start forming roots in practicality. You plan ahead in gardening comes harvest. That includes rooting cuttings etc.
A healthy cut is the most important for rooting speed.
I’m not sure about plants but with other stuff it wouldn’t indicate anything about yield. It could signal overall healthiness which is good but it could also just be a shitty plant that’s adept at rooting.
However if you only use the fastest ones eventually you’ll get some that also yield well.
That’s how mushroom cultivation works, all you can select for initially is speed so you go with that and hope the rest is there later.

Thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the opportunity of flowering any of my mothers. Basically, I started With 10 different Runtz seeds from 2 different sources. I also Have 12 different Tropicana Cookies from 2 different sources and I’m just trying to clone several of each. I was hoping there might be a shortcut without having to take them through flower first. I was pretty sure there wasn’t but never hurts to ask. I suppose if there was a trick, the first trick would be identifying the males before transitioning to flower! At any rate, appreciate your feedback.

Thanks for the feedback, I suppose It was kind of a Hail Mary hoping there was something that would substitute for actually taking them through flower to know first hand which ones were worth building my grow around?! At any rate, thanks again, really appreciate you taking the time to reply.
